The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and always felt welcomed. The shower/bath controller stuck so water comes out into the bath but that was more funny than unliked and it just meant that the pressure was low. |

Central location and comfort of the rooms There were a lot of no residents events going on - a company do and wedding - which seemed to take over the whole downstairs so it was crowded and very noisy. There did not seem any quite places that residents could go or if thgere were it was not obvious. Also the food seemd very very expensive on the sat night - I think the choices were not there if you did not want a big meal |

It is well located in the City and is located under Central Station which is very convinient if you have to travel from the Airport. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning on visiting Brisbane. |

very good front desk service, beautiful comfy beds I found the dining costs extremely expensive, particularly if you are paying for a couple, $31 for a hamburger a little over the top. |

beautiful accommodation, excellent breakfast it took 2.5 hours for my bag to arrive in my room, and despite calling front desk 4 times, I had to go down and get my bag myself due to some confusion. there was no effort made by staff in getting my bag to me asap. we were also charged for parking twice, my friend is still trying to work this out with accounts. |

The room was excellent and the facilities provided were of international standard. The bed was particularly comfortable. I felt that the room service food prices were extortionate and this certainly persuaded us to have a magnificent breakfast in an excellent cafe in the Brisbane arcade at half the cost. |

The rooms are well insulated from sound & the provisioning of the room was good. Decor is lovely and will not date. Unfortunately did not have the chance to try the restaurant due to other commitments, but the Lenotre afternoon tea looks great. Would suggest leaving a little more room in the fridge - less minibar stuff. Also filling the icecube tray would be nice. Lack of & expense of parking was a little offputting - perhaps trying to arrange a special rate for hotel guests? $38 a day is a little dear. |
