Staff extremely helpful and room beautifully appointed. Close to beach, shops and entertainment.

Lack of wifi in room.

We stayed in a three bedroom unit 3 adults and three children spacious areas and swimming pool times were excellent with children good location with parks nearby

The lack of the name mint it was no where to be seen when giving directions had to use Carmel so they get the credit for the great accomodation

The location, a huge clean apartment and all facilities.

We didn't like that our extra bed was absolutely uncomfortable, with only one sheet. We tried to find anyone to help us to change the bed and get more sheets but nobody was at the office. And later they said there were no other available extra beds.

The view,the luxury,the design.

Some doors was not working (even the front door) and one toilet, some knifs was missing too no internet

I love the location and the amenities at Carmel by the sea. The inside pool is perfect for littlies!

Lady on check in and departure was lovely, everyone else from mint was horrid. Will never book through mint again will book direct with Carmel

There was nothing we did not like about mint broadbeach we will stay there again loved it

being upgraded to sub penthouse, it is an amazing penthouse, I just wish we spent more time inside, maybe next trip.

THe unit had new carpet and paint so felt vey clean and new. Great position and view.

A couple of the beds needed new mattresses.

The spacious apartment, and great facilities. Very quiet and clean.

There was trouble locating our booking on arrival. Subsequently our deposit was not deducted from our account and I am now waiting to have this deposit refunded. Original staff were not too concerned about our booking. Third person we spoke to was very helpful. (May have been the Manager). Veronica is helping with the deposit refund and to date has been very helpful. Also when we arrived the name of the apartments was the Carmel, no sign of The Mint anywhere. Very confusing.

Loved the location and the spacious room

The apartment being located in Carmel by the Sea was very confusing - we found it very odd that there was no mention of this upon booking or on the Mint website etc. Also the relationship between Mint & CbtS was odd and not helpful - hours of business restricted us from leaving our bags to be stored for the day after checking out at 10am.

Close to the beach. But then again, most hotels are close to the beach in the gold coast.

The staff wasn't very helpful. We were denied fresh towels. We were also denied tennis rackets for the tennis court. We had to use the same towels for the duration of our stay.

Conveniently located, our apartment was beautiful, very clean with great facilities. There were no complaints from anyone in my party.

5 x T.V's in the apartment - only 1 worked (the smallest one). WiFi was not included in the room price, staff lied about having sent a TV technician to the room (we were there the whole time!!!!!)

Rooms were huge. Felt very open. Beach and playground right across the street. Pool and bbq downstairs. Perfect place for a family with a baby, like us.

Indoor and outdoor pools location very good

Closing times of indoor pool and gym. It is away from rooms and noise shouldn't worry guests

The furniture was out dated for an up market property. It needed a good clean. I spoke to management about this on departure.

The location is superb.

I found to my surprise it is one of two management companies operating in the same building. I had previously stayed there and would not have booked I'd known. Personally i don't think it is a professional set up. The property is stale and needs refreshing.

The position and outlook was fantastic, plus proximity to dining, shopping and entertainment ideal. The unit was spacious and luxurious and facilities great and catered for all (even the young adult daughter). We have already planned our next trip

No aircon or working fan in the main bedroom made sleeping uncomfortable, but the sea breeze helped with this.

We were upgraded to the awesome sub-penthouse, and it was lovely!

Convenience to grocery store, beach and other shops. The units are a great size especially when the weather is bad.

The Security was good The 3 Bedroom appartment was spacious Facilities were great. Pool Spa etc Sharon/ Sarah? was so helpful and people friendly We were there for a family reunion and we could all meet in our appartment comfortably We have purchased a weekend stay for relatives for a christmas gift Thankyou for making our stay a pleasurable one.

When we arrived in the taxi we wernt sure as the name was Coral By the Sea, but matched the address correct Beachtowels have always been included if we have stayed at other resorts In the pools an elderly couple made us feel like we intruded there space.( they may have been tenants) But we had fun as a family
