Broadwater Shores Waterfont Apartments  

Wonderful views, excellent venue, being close to good shopping complexes and all the theme parks. Bus stop right out the front was a bonus. Rooms were well designed and airy.

The queen bed had a hard mattress, which was pretty bad to sleep on.

Whilst the building is a little dated, the accommodation, facilities and outlook (fabulous views of the Broadwater) exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was a little tired, but had every necessity and was absolutely spotless, sheets and towels were as new. Brad, the Manager, could not do enough for us. Thanks Brad. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perhaps a little remote from shops and restaurants, but the facilities and outlook more than compensate.

The views from the balcony can only be described as 360' and the best on the gold coast. I recommend upgrading to the penthouse, we booked the villa but when we got there found it unlivable. Brad was great and upgraded us to 15th floor, hence why I say pay the extra it's well worth it, 3 bedroom very modern, balconies on both sides of 3 bedroom unit. We had to change rooms as we had booked 7 nights but the 3 bedroom was only available for 3 nights, so we spent the other 4 on 6th floor in 2 bedroom, views still good but not 360' plus was a little dated but had aircon. Would have preferred to spend whole week on 15th floor but that's my fault for booking villa initially, but Brad was great in sorting out a better room, Great position not far from surfers, harbour town, and theme parks yet away from the hustle and bustle so our time there was quiet and enjoyable. Go the penthouse!!! Unrivaled views as its not amongst the concrete jungle of surfers, so no looking into other buildings or blocked views as is the case in most of the other hotels in surfers. Parking great Access great Pools great Views! Views! Views!

No aircon in our first room but breeze from being up high made it not a problem! Second room a little smelly and dated, some units are renovated others need work, be fussy and Brad will eventually get you the better room, spa not working

It was a great location. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. Comfortably accommodated 3 adults and 1 child. Free wifi in games room was good.

Would have liked internet access in the apartment. TV reception could have been better. Going through Foxtel not the best as some free to air TV stations were not available. While many Foxtel stations were showing, most were unavailable. More children friendly stations would have been better i.e. Disney chanel. Better still have only free to air and cut out Foxtel that way you can't be disappointed. DVD player not connected with no instructions on how to connect. Guide as found in hotels on how to use TV, phone including charges etc would have been good.

The homely feel and magnificent views as well as the ability to cook and clean for yourself. Good value for money. The apartments also had a beautiful pool and the furniture was so comfortable and holiday like, it was hard to leave the apartment. Good access to shops and walking paths.

No air conditioning but a lot of the time you could get a nice breeze. Fans were also provided which was good

I really liked the location of the appartments, they were very easy to find and to get to. My family loved the room we stayed in, it had everything in it we needed and made it so easy especially with young children.

Bradley, the manager was so helpful in everything. When my kids went for fishing in the shore nearby with fishing rod bought from a supermarket, Brad immediately offer them to use his rods which is far better. The kids got a fish and when we steamed it, it was the best steamed fish I ever had!

The view from the balcony was wonderful. Location was great, everything was within a short distance. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The second bedroom didnt have any air conditoner or fan. Got very hot on the warm days.

The Location was perfect for families wanting to access all the Theme Parks,Surfers Paradise and Harbour Town Shopping Centre. The Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a budget stay,also having Foxtell was an advantage for older children on an evening.

With four children between 6 + 10 the facilities were first class, from the sleeping arrangements, facilities and views, were definately 1st class. Would reccomend to the fussiest!!

Stayed in the penthouse with a view accross the bay and along the foreshore to Surfers. Huge room and never got tired of the view excellent value for money I would recommend it to any family.

Everything, Location was Awesome. Cleanliness & facilities were fabulous. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and best of all the apartment was very spacious for a family with 2 teenagers. Couldn't of picked a better place to stay on our holiday. Thank you

i liked where the hotel was situated,the veiws from our balcony were fantastic.

the only downside for me personally was the insulation between rooms you could here every movement,and every snore.

We stayed in the Penthouse, it was awesome, the apartment was beautiful and clean, the views stunning, and had everything you would want and expect in a 5 star environment. The loation of Broadwater Shores is excellent, as it is away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers, but still a short drive away for a visit. The Manager of Broadwater Shores is extremely pleasant and efficient, as well as very welcoming. We look forward to staying again later in the year.

唯一的缺点就是离市中心较远,虽然门口就有个车站,但是公交车绕道, 到市中心要35分钟左右,如果租车的话, 这个酒店就没有缺点了.

чистая, просторная и хорошо обрудованная квартира с парковкой и в удобном месте. хорошее место для семьи с машиной, но уточняйте куда выходят окна спален.

не во всех квартирах кондиционер. летом жарко даже на 1-м этаже. окна обеих спален в моей квартире выходили на улицу и спать получалось с большим трудом. на пляж возле отеля не расчитывайте. надо ехать
