Cairns Plaza Hotel  

La proximite de tout ainsi que la relative tranquillite et la vue, tres apprecie. C'est assez grand et nous avions directement la vue sur la mer et sur l'esplanade.

Il manquait un grille pain et une cafetiere pour se faire de cafes autres qu'instantane. Une table sur le balcon serait aussi un plus. Tous les matins, l'entretien du parc pour enfant de l'esplanade, c'etait un peu bruillant. Mais pas tant que cela.

I liked the way the hotel was renovated, it had quality fittings, & having your own private balcony was an asset. The staff were very obliging and helpful and ran the hotel in an efficient way. Being close to the main food precinct was an asset, and overall , it was excellent value for money

The restaurant was like a school dining room. It was not opened all day - ie you could not have a snack while at the pool.

A little far from city area, about 10 minutes. so very quiet in the night which was good for us to sleep well. staff was friendly and very nice to us!

Very good value if you're happy with something basic and using the hotel itself as a staging point for Cairns activities.

Interior feels a bit dated and tired, so not a hotel to stay at if you're hoping to impress.

Great service, very helpful staff, special thanks to Billy! Good price/performance, nice new decorated seawiev room on 5th floor - better than in the pictures. Good special offer food in hotel restaurant - nice steak for only 12$, huge childrens playground next to the hotel.

Pool is not very big, the pictures might be misleading.

We like this hotel because it has a good kitchen and plenty of space to share with visiting family. There is also a wonderful view of the Esplanade. We received a wake up call which was right on time.

Fine! I stay at 6 floor. 2 big rooms. Nice view. Big balcony.

Although the decor is outdated, the value for money and super friendly staff makes up for it. Highly recommended.

Would like wifi available in rooms.
