Location was very good close to shops,entertainment, room was clean, comfortable staff were very friendly. Would definately come again. Everything was good have no negative comments, very satisfied. |

It was convenient to the city, the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The ensuite was badly designed. The position of the toilet made it awkward to use the mirror, and near impossible to use the toilet roll. It was necessary to place the roll on the sink in order to obtain the tissue. The bathtub was very old and stained. The hair drier short-circuited on the last night and we were upgraded as a safety issue. |

The pleasant attitude of staff on check-in and especially the room upgrade because of my frequent stays. The new broadband plug on the wall in room 511 is nowwhere near the table or desk and is most inconvenient to use in its current location. I am using it now to send this as I am in the same room on my next stay. Disappointed there was no Hotel Courtesy bus for me and my six workmates to travel to the airport. |

The location was conveniennt to restaurants, shopping and the warf. The ocean was accross the street. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was showing general ware. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was good, easy walking distance to the town centre. We had a nice room with a view of the sea and the town. Very good value for the money. |

Very approachable staff, they did everything they could to help. Big rooms. Very comfortable. I stayed in a family room and the bathroom was far from family sized! |

Hotel apprezzabile per la sua posizione direttamente sul lungo mare, traquillo e a tre minuti a piedi dal centro città. Camere ampie. E' un hotel un pò "datato" che forse necessiterebbe di ammodernamenti. |

英語があまり分からない私に対しホテルの方が分かり易く説明して下さり、大変優しく接してくださいました。- 最初は、スタンダードルームを予約していたのですが、楽しみにしていた海がほとんど見えない部屋でした。エ- キストラチャージ＄４０／日でスイートルームに変えていただき、すばらしい眺めを見ることができましたが、- そういった記載がまったくなかったのが不満です。 |

Der Concierge war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Es gabe eine unglaublich umfangreiche Dokumentation von Tourenvorschlägen (Werbematerial). Hinter dem Hotel ist ein sehr schöner Kinderspielplatz Das Hotelzimmer roch leider stark nach Feuchtigkeit. Im Internet war die Belegung mit maximal 2 Personen angegeben. Im Zimmer waren dann aber 2 Queensize Betten. Es hätten also 4 Personen übernachten können. |

Vriendelijk personeel. Kamers worden goed schoon gehouden. Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. 5 á 10 minuten wandelen over de Esplenade en je bent in het centrum. Het hotel ziet eruit alsof het sinds de jaren 70 niet meer is aangepast. 3 sterren is het zeker waard maar niet meer. Airco moest aan blijven staan vanwege condensvorming. |
