The breakfast was good. Had free airport shuttle. The landscape was very nice. The location was 15 minutes from the town. Had heard if you book 2 tours it would save you money. Booked a tour with hotel and asked about saving money with 2 tours. Tara advised it would not save money so I booked 1 tour at hotel. Found out if I had booked 2 tours at one time I would have saved $50. Mentioned to older lady at desk and she was extremely rude. She advised they were not a tour desk and blamed me for the problem. Also had bad ants in the room.

friendly staff...we arrived late at night but unexpectedly received a warm welcome. comfy room in new decorated building, neat and good value of money location is bit far...some 15 mins walking distance to cairns center shopping mall

Close to the areas we needed to be able to access. The area we had was quiet. The fluro lights from next door was making the room quiet bright causing some difficulty in sleeping at night.

Good price & includes breakfast Location is not good (you need to walk 25 min up to downtown and you have no restaurants or supermarkets nearby). The pool had the water green. The room was kind of depressing and not too clean. A little noisy at night

We had a very nice room with a balcony. It was big and had all the comforts we needed. The staff were more than helpful in all ways. The wi-fi did not work well the first two days, but they did get this corrected.

Pick up from airport, breakfast included friendly staff, pool,close to shops, eateries and car rental premises and flat, easy walk to city centre. Rooms could do with some maintenance-toilet buttons and air conditioner needed repairing and bathroom tiles missing. Had to have a room change as there was water on floor of first room offered ?leaking refrigerator
