La descrizione della camera non corrisponde a quanto abbiamo trovato: dimensioni non adeguate al prezzo di una Superior, mancanza di forno a microonde e wifi non gratuito. In generale la stanza era brutta con pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Mi è piaciuto molto perchè è pulito, vicino al centro di Cairns e con personale gentile e disponibile. E' uno dei pochi hotel dove nel prezzo è inclusa la colazione (toast, ceffe latte, the , succhi e pane e marmellata). La colazione viene servita vicino a una piscina e la vista è molto rilassante. Unico limite è che c'è un bagno in comune a più stanze ( diviso per uomini e donne), ma è tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Ci sono tornata 2 volte e lo consiglio per il rapporto qualità prezzo

There is no lift... & you need to help yourself with the luggage. Old folks might have problem with stairs.

Very friendly staff we booked on the net unsure of the what we would get before we arrived but were pleasantly surprised.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Courtesy bus from airport a bonus. If I wasn't locked in for other accommodation, I would have stayed here longer.

Wasn't blown away by the breakfast on offer. I think maybe my expectation was too high.

The tv screen was the saving grace.

It said shared toilet facilities - I did not know that it is one toilet / shower shared with many rooms. It is not friendly to late arrivals / or early departures - no hotel support. Although it is less than a $100 per night - it is still not value for money. Should be advertised as a backpacker place - this will give us an idea of what it is during booking.

It was close to the city, bus stop nearby. The studio room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.The staff were friendly and helpful.

The steps to the first floor were steep, it was hard to lift our luggage up the stairs. There was no lift.

wi-fi was very weak on third floor of building, and cost $10 unless you book a tour through the office. The management of the Queens Court seems far more interested in their little rules and regulations (as exhibited in numerous signs in the rooms and hallways) than the comfort and need of the customers. Desk clerks seemed unfriendly and seemed preoccupied with keeping the guest in line. The "free airport pickup" mentioned online is only available at certain times. We had to take a cab from the airport and back to the airport despite the claim that they offered a "free airport shuttle".
