Location to the city day and night spots was very close and therefore very convenient. Had no international adapters to loan to guests. Most hotels provide this service even with a deposit. Adaptors are of no use to purchase from the hotel as offerred at a relatively high price to guests if you travel rarely to Australia. |

staff very friendly and helpful with suggestions for buses, places to visit etc. Nothing was too much troubly and they made us aware of good value offers on meals.. very important as we were on a tight budget. The pool is not very user-friendly with rooms all round. |

Located in the centre of Sydney the price is fair. The price for Internet should be included. |

Arrived late/ checked out early. Cambridge is close to SCG, Oxford Street eateries/ pubs. It suited our trip perfectly. Our first visit was a third of the price cheaper. It's a pity we couldn't get the same deal. |

Staff were very helpful and courtious, the room was very nice indeed. Location is nice - about 8 blocks from the main street in the cbd, and only a few streets from Kings Cross. My only complaint would be that the car park is very cramped. Small car recommended! |

Location is very close to the city you can walk every where. Narrow hall ways to room, room had no view which was not indicated at time of booking and carpark which it very hard to manuver in. Ok it was relatively cheap for 4 star but then I would not expect a room with no view being considered 4 star. Value for money which was the reason for stay was blown out of the door. |

It was clean, staff were very friendly, close to food/shops/city centre. Stayed there on a Fri/Sat but did not encounter loud noise problems that were stated by other reviewers on this site. The carpark entry - it needs to be paved properley/smooth rather than a ramp that isn't level with the footpath |

Good size room, clean. Firstly I had put through a special resuest for a twin room. I was however first allocated a queen bed and needed to change. I also had difficulty with payment as the price was withheld for security and then when I tried to pay on the same card the next day the funds were not avilable. This left me unable to access money which I needed. |
