Great location (very short walk to Hyde Park and everything else in the CBD), very modern, stylish and comfortable My room was on the 3rd floor and the echo from the pool area was very loud. As I was there in June, the room was also **extremely** cold at night and there was no heating, sheets provided were a little insufficient. |

We liked that this hotel was a good location within walking distance to the things we wanted, very clean & modern, great parking facility and excellent price, nothing including the mini bar is over priced. thankyou, we had a great stay, will stay again. |

We liked the location (except on Firday night when there were drunks and sirens in the street) and the balcony. The car park is diffficult to enter, and the kerb crossing needs fixing to reduce the scraping of the front spoiler. The room had two smallish double beds rather than the one Queen size we booked, and only one comfortable chair. The bathroom had a soiled towel left in it when we arrived. |

The time we had away from the hotel was grate. In the city was nice to get out and about, did the harbour bridge walk. Well ,To turn up to find we where not booked in. Pushing two beds together for the first nite. The next roon looked like it had a $50 make over, Very small TV, paint falling from the bath, painted tiles and bench tops. Bubble bath in the room with no bath. Single ply toilet paper. Wait staff on saturday morning verry slow and dining room a mess. |

room was comfortable, although a bit different to the website pictures. I was travelling with a 14 month old, and found the 1 bed suite was fine for our needs. Bathroom was spacious, kitchen had kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge. Great location too, 2 mins from supermarket, and very close to oxford st. |

It has the perfect location, close to everything, we can even view a part of the Sydbey Opera house from our balcony. Everything you need is just a few minutes walk away. All in all it was great. |

location the freezer in the room we stayed in, in the bar fridge didnt work and the icecreams we had bought to enjoy later were ruined. Staff needs to ask customer whether or not they prefer to pay up front or have credit validation when they have a debit card and not a credit card |
