The hote was very central the staff friendly,cafe good for brakfast The carpark was very tight in some places very dificult to park your car,the room had no balcony the reason why i booked,swimming pool very small. |

Despite the outside appearance, the hotel was very modern inside. The rooms were crisp and tidy. The location of the hotel was fairly noisy at night, lots of sirens and noise from nearby bars. The area felt a little unsafe. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, we were given a room with twin beds when I was sure we booked a queen. |

The hotel was clean, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I liked having the balcony to use and that the reception was open 24/24. I attended a conference which was at the hotel also and the conference room was excellent, the lunches provided excellent also. I also appreciated the fact that the first room we were given 606 had a broken sofa bed when it came time to make it up. I went down stairs and the reception staff moved us immedately to another room (107) which we appreciated very much. The lifts take a long time to come. |

that the staff helped us change the booking to make it cheaper for us to stay ( we ended up in the penthouse). it was close to everthing we wanted to do - shopping -sight seeing. our rooms were kept clean and fresh towels every day |

mostly everything ,however i requested a late c/o of 3pm after arriving from overseas and was told when i checked in that it would be $20m per hour after 12 then five minutes later told that it was from 11 ??????????????????????????? vending machine did not have water and being walked in on by housekeeping at 9:45am |

1. The proximity to Sydney CBD, good water pressure, helpful and friendly staff, cleanliness of the room and bathroom, room facilities. Too little storage in the closet, room was loud due to it being right next to the elevator, the early check-out time (10:00 AM). |

The size of the room (2nd floor, next to the swimming pool) was huge, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Good value for money. Good water pressure and facilities. Room was quiet until the early morning when there would be kids at the swimming pool. The room (2nd level) being right next to the swimming pool + the noise = no sleep for you after ~ 7 AM. The elevator that services levels 1-2-3 is very slow and very busy, sometimes you'd have to wait for it for minutes (1-6 mins). |

directions from the train station I requested did not include the fact it was several blocks up hill and then many more blocks to the hotel. A long walk dragging luggage. They need to suggest a taxi. There was also a problem with the airport shuttle. After not being able to get a shuttle at the time we wanted we were told we could decide on a different time and call back. We called back shortly after and were told the office was closed and they would call in the AM about 7 for the 7:30 shuttle. No worries. When calling at 7:00 we were told we needed to make the reservation 24hrs in advance. We dragged our luggage back to the train station. |

the staff was quite helpful,room was nice and clean location was good to shopping and sightseeing the room we were assigned was right above the pool,and therefore quite noisy,also we could hear all the parkade noise from our room which was quite loud.maybe we were given this room because we booked in at at a discounted rate |

the room was clean and breakfast was good. We had to refresh in a public toilet after traveling 36 hours, the room where we could store our luggage for some hours, while waiting for our room to be ready, was in the garage and open to any other guests. When we ere checking in, they told us they had to charge us extra money for using credit card. When we told them that this was not mentioned on the website, they answered that it was just decided 2 days before, but we had to pay it anyway. |
