Be aware that all meals are an additional cost and have to be sourced away from Camelot Cottages. Limited room to prepare a light snack if you want to stay in. Tea & coffee available. Our expenses were room costs plus all food. Don't expect to do this on a budget. These room prices attract good quality guests.

Der perfekt Start für unseren Australien Urlaub. Nach dem Maraton Flug war die Ankunft in Camelot wirklich wie ein Traum. Die Fahrt durch die Berge war schon Balsam für die Augen und bereits die Einfahrt machte klar welch schönes Areal den Besucher erwartet. Sofort wurden wir von Peter dem Gastgeber auf das freundlichste begrüßt und herumgeführt. Es gab sofort Empfehlungen für Freizeitaktivitäten und Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Auch an den folgende Tagen wurden waren Peter und Jeanette präsent, aber niemals aufdringlich. Kurz gesagt die perfekten Gastgeber. Die große Terasse mit den Tischen bot die Möglichkeit das Auge schweifen zu lassen, Tiere zu beobachten und sein selbst zu bereitetes Frühstück zugenießen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben jede Minute unseres Aufenthaltes genossen.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt von Anfang an. Sehr freundlicher Cottagebesitzer, der von Anfang an bemüht war, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Er bietet zahlreiche Informationen zu der Gegend und den Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Er zeigte ein wahres Interesse an unseren Anliegen und Unternehmungen. Zur Unterbringung: Das ganze Grundstück ist herrlich angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Die Unterbingung (Doppelzimmer) war sehr schön: sehr sauberes, großes Zimmer und Badezimmer, schöne Einrichtung, eigene Veranda. Zur Lage: Die Lage eignet sich ausgezeichnet, um den Lamington National Park zu besuchen oder an die Gold Coast zu fahren. Aber auch North Tamborine bietet einige Highlights u.a. auf Grund seiner Lage auf einem Hochplateu, eine tolle Aussicht auf das umliegende Land sowie tolle Sonnenuntergänge.

A bar fridge would have been useful so we could store cold snacks in our room.

Was annoyed that they didnt provide a wi-fi connection inside the room and had a lounge where one had to go to!!!!!! I didnt pay $620 for 2 days for that !!!! Internet is a common need they have to change the system and provife intrenet in the rooms...

A bit stingy at providing the coffee, tea, sugar sachets !!!!!!! For the amount of money they charge us for 1 night ................thats the least they could do......

The staff were WONDERFUL! So friendly and helpful and made us feel super welcomed! Location was perfect with just a short drive to all areas we wanted to visit :)

Peter and Janice were really welcoming and friendly. The gardens were beautiful and the surroundings were very relaxing.

The rooms were designed in a way that there was no privacy as people walked past to their rooms. The rooms were not sound proof.
