Location is close to beach and shops. No need to use car. The gym is non-existent and too open with little privacy. Not even one treadmill and they advertise a fully equipped gym. My wife packed for gym use and was disappointed only using it once. They are misleading on the gym equipment.

close to the beach lights hanging out of the pool,mould on the floor at the fridge area,power point broken in the kitchen, bed was hard.springs sticking into you and woke up sore every morning, the lift broke down and my daughter and her friend were stuck for 10 to 15 min, to ad to it there was no out of order sign put on the lift and our boys could not be found for 1.5 hours as they to were stuck in the same lift and had to be climbed out by the repair man half way between floors. not acceptable at all acording to our solicitor.

location. so close to the beach. quiet at night. good that the pool closes at 9.00 so no late partying around the pool.supermarket very close for supplies.close to the marina. plenty of places to walk to.pool was shady so not too hot in summer. we stayed for 7 days and the resort doesn't do a clean or replace linen if staying under 8 days. I feel that was too long. How about 4 days instead of 8 ? The elec jug needs replacing, looks like it's about to melt or burn, very discoloured and scorched looking. The rooftop spa needed a good scrub- white tiles in the spa were coated with a brown scum.

Steam room, spa and swimming pool good. 2 Tv's also good. Gym equipment sparse, very old and some machines not working. Not able to recycle cans and paper - only glass.

Very convenient location for the triathlon, close to transition and awards ceremony, also shops and eateries. Poor internet and phone reception in room, only two keys per room (would have liked four), prefer to have an ensuite as well as a main bathroom. Exit in basement car park confusing

Whilst it's not a negative comment, I thought a treadmill in the gym would have been great. Maybe a fan to assist with keeping the room cool with a bit more air flow. It gets quite stuffy in there. Also salt and pepper in the apartment. The lifts were a bit slow. It was quicker to walk up and down the stairs than wait for the lift.

The location The noise level. Noise seemed to carry and there was no conservation for others guests. The lift was too slow, causing us to wait for overe 10 minutes. We felt the place was in need of renovation as it was every dated and overe priced for what it was.

proximity to transition for Mooltri close to beach and the best shoe shop (Zara's) close to eateries secure underground parking fabulous views from the roof rooftop spa and barby area only one bathroom/no ensuite noisy children running in foyers and playing with lifts

We liked the free parking underneath, privacy and not being bothered by others, kitchen,spa in bathroom,pools & rooftop spa & bbq area, there was also a large range of restaurants etc that delivered food to the hotel. Resort was also within short walking distance of the beach and shops. BBQ upstairs were slow & not hot enough so meat was ruined. Room was a little bit dark & claustrophobic but on the positive side this was good for sleeping with no morning light. I was really looking forward to the sauna which was 1 of the main reasons for choosing caribbean but it stank and was a steam room rather than sauna with hot rocks & water, it felt as though we would catch some type cold or flu just being in there.

I liked that there was a spa in the room and the close proximity to the shops, restaurants, beach and Underwater World. The very slow lifts and the bed was a bit hard.
