When I checked in the floor wasnt cleaned properly - there was still sand all over the lounge room floor The floor gave you black feet if you walked in barefoot (check in first day) One of the stove tops was left on high - could have burnt myself or one of my friends

Floors were dirty. I had to sweep upon arrival. No face washers provided. Walls were marked quite badly. Light fixtures rusted. Doors to balcony difficult to open and close.

I loved the size of the unit and the location and views. I appreciated being able to enter earlier than normal time as the unit had been empty. I have already recommended Carrington on Face book to my friends and family.

Rooms are nice, can do with an upgrade on the furnature. Also requested high floor and was Only allocated on level 6!

Location near the beach, view from balcony, undercover parking, bus at the doorstep. Unit clean, spacious and comfortable.

In the unit we were in the kitchen needs a new kettle, once boiled will not boil again until it's ready to, not when it's needed. Grill in oven a bit of a failure.

For what we were trying to achieve the for the 2 night stay, Carrington Court ticked all the boxes for us. Certainly the ocean view we had from the 6th floor was a wonderful bonus and if only the weather had been much better, that view would have been a killer to wake up to with the sun streaming into the unit. Alas it wasn't to be but that's Mother Nature's issue :) Yes the unit could have been cleaner 'here and there' but I've only got to look around my own home to realise that this place could use a tidy up and as such, it would be hypocritical of me to whinge about a mildew spot in the shower for example. That said, if you're chasing clean lines and pristine everything, you're looking in the wrong price bracket and the wrong premises. Well laid out, great kitchen / bathroom facilities, good space for a family and a super comfy bed, saw us all as happy campers for our stay. I'd have no problem going back to Carrington Court again and we're certainly giving serious consideration to more of an extended stay next time.

The fact that you had to remove own rubbish from the room and lifts were slow. In addition, the rooms felt and looked run down

The apartment was quite dirty and the beds very uncomfortable, the curtains were falling apart and the windows were rusted shut
