Rooms clean and tidy. Manager very pleasant. Odd arrangement of your neighbours car parking outside your room (as opposed to your own) and poor sound proofing meant disturbance at night and early morning.

Very poor value for money. Location in a boring residential/commercial area on the wrong side of town (away from town, beach and airport). 1960s-style cheap motel but with exaggerated price ($170 for a 5 person room for one night) with no breakfast.

A good, clean, basic motel in a very good location with excellent staff. The shower head was a water saver and I prefer a good heavy shower.

The staff were very helpful and the place is clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when we have to stay in Townsville. It is very close to major retail outlets, the university and to hospitals. We were very happy to stay there.

Staff were very considerate and were able to accommodate if we were going to arrive later than thir closing time. One of the kids had to sleep on the lounge but that was all good. One bed short. For 2 adults annd 3children

We found the location was easy to find & conveniently situated to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable which is a plus when travelling away from home, & the family room we stayed in was very spacious for our family of five which are all adults now. On our arrival & departure, the reception staff were very friendly & helpful. A big plus in this industry. We will be staying there again for sure. Thank you Cascade Motor In Townsville.
