friendly service breakfast with Louise being friendly each morning in dining room as I stay at the Castlereagh every time that I am in Sydney because I had booked through the internet my breakfast was not included I am a pensioner and another $30 on my account I don't think was justified |

The cleanliness and overall good condition of the room, the bathroom was not mouldy as often found in hotels. I did not like the idea that I had to hand in my key everytime I left the hotel. It happened twice that the attendant on duty was busy on the phone when I arrived at the desk and had to wait quite some time before my key was handed to me. |

Its Position in the City Room to small and very noisy, Poor Breakfast Selection, But the staff on Reception were very helpful, Bar closed to early at 9:00pm |

Lovely building in convenient location. The front desk was always under too much pressure, one person often to answer 'phone, reply to qeries and take bookings. Not good when waiting to check-in, as we were, or when simply waiting for key. Also, we went to dinner at 8.25 and were told kitchen was closed as "it was after 8.30". Not by my watch, which also coincided with clock in lobby. No point in arguing! |

街のブランド店やデパートが集まる中心地に位置しショッピングや散策には非常に便利。日本の旅行代理店には知られていないため日本人客は殆ど利用していない。シドニーで最初（1880年代）に設立されたMaison Clubとして今でも集会が執り行われている由緒あるホテル。 バスタブ付の部屋をリクエストしていたがシャワーしか付いていなかった。部屋は比較的小さめになっている。 |
