Alle kinderen tot 12 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, babybedjes inbegrepen.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen AUD 20,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.
Maximumaantal extra bedden/babybedjes in een kamer: 1.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

Er wordt 100% van de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht zodra u geboekt heeft en kan worden gerestitueerd.

Old fashioned one-on-one service focus - most hotels provide service with a hygienic plastic coating these days. So it never quite gets through. Great location. Loved the olde style furniture. Hotel provides a fantastic combination of location, charm and value |

This elegant hotel is such good value. Beautifully appointed rooms with space to relax and areas outside your room to enjoy. Add to that gracious staff and perfect location. This is my favoutite place to stay in the Sydney CBD. |

The room was very quiet and there were no disturbances I preferred the hotel when breakfast was included in the cost of the room. The elevators are not particularly good and the sign within does not reflect the true capacity of the elevator. |

I like the small hotel atmosphere and the personal approach. My husband was ill on our day of departure and we were able to keep the room until it was time for us to leave. It was much appreciated. Will definitely return. |

friendly service breakfast with Louise being friendly each morning in dining room as I stay at the Castlereagh every time that I am in Sydney because I had booked through the internet my breakfast was not included I am a pensioner and another $30 on my account I don't think was justified |

The cleanliness and overall good condition of the room, the bathroom was not mouldy as often found in hotels. I did not like the idea that I had to hand in my key everytime I left the hotel. It happened twice that the attendant on duty was busy on the phone when I arrived at the desk and had to wait quite some time before my key was handed to me. |
