Close to the major shopping precincts we could walk everywhere. A little hard to find, down one of the many side streets in the city. |

Hotel was well located and within walking distance of a number of major things we wanted to see - art gallery, museum, state library etc. Trams were right nearby as were major shops and Yarra River. Great places for breakfast just outside in the laneway. While smaller than expected, the room was well appointed and very clean. The breakfast was very basic. We got there a bit late...about 9.00 and it looked like it had been sitting there for a while. Dry and stale. Coffee machine coffee was undrinkable. Tasted like plastic an aluminium. I had to ask for a knife and there was no tinned style fruit to go with cereal. Large lumps of rockmelon just didn't work. Also the room I booked as a twin deluxe was nowhere near the size of the twin deluxe picture on the website. I was disappointed with the size. |

The hotel was central to the activities we planned while enjoying my wife's 60 bithday on the 1st September. Initially difficult to find entrance to the hotel. advise that the entry point is in Equitable lane |

The locaqtion was very central to the CBD. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable & the buffet breakfast was sufficient. The only fault was there was no ventilation in the bathroom & the room fogged up badly after showers |

The bed was very comfortable, the room clean and the dessert from Sotto delicous Our contiental breakfast did not include any hot food, which I expected and have experienced during other hotel stays. |

We were upgraded to a larger room which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was centrally located and so very convenient for us as first time visitors to Melbourne. The breakfast each day was delicious and it was very convenient not to have to go out for breakfast. We arrived late at night and our toilet did not work. we had to use a toilet two floors down until the toilet was partially fixed the next day. I do think the management should keep an eye on maintenance problems. |

The hotel is located near many City attractions & centrally located. Continental Breakfast is quite good. There is no porter service & due to it's location it is hard to find out the hotel |

I really liked how the staff bent over backwards when it came to light upon checking in that our internet booking with booking.come had not been received? probably just the view from the windows, but then we were not there for the views! |

Room was very clean and comfortable Windows in room could not be opened because the blinds were in the way made room quite stuffy. Hotel receptionist was extremly rude and unfriendly upon check in, was not helpful at all. I am in my early twentys and felt that she was condesending towards me because of this. Staff upon check out were lovely. |
