The bed was comfortable I did not like the evacuation alarm going off repeatedly. The rooms were rather dark. The reception staff were not helpful on all occasions. Good information for guests wanting to stay here is that the entrance is located in Equitable Place, not all lifts go to the basement breakfast room, so you have to change at the ground floor, and the fire stairs at the back of the building are blocked off so that exiting the building from there is impossible during emergency evacuation. |

We enjoyed the lovely entrance and foyer. Rooms were a little on the small side but suited our purpose. Restaurant in Basement was lovely too. Beds were made a little sloppily. More pillows. |

a comfortable, modern hotel which was perfect for a girls shopping trip to melborne breakfast was more than adequate and offered a good menu if required but there was clearly not enough staff as plates were piling up on the tables and trays were empty when we first arrived |

Prime location in Little Collins Street, excellent position for shopping tourist attractions and theatres, and so quiet at night it was hard to believe one was in the centre of a large city. |

For a hotel that was in the heart of the city was well priced and was highly accommodating. It was a very well presented room which made me feel very comfortable. The staff was very nice and I felt welcome. The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake. I would definitely come back to this hotel and/or recommend it to a friend. |

Location was fantastic - walking distance to shopping, Flinders St station, Federation Square. Modern decor, clean. Staff generally friendly. Lack of room service options, air conditioning controls not working - extreme variances in temperature making it quite uncomfortable at times. |

Location, new modern clean and spacious rooms. Use of gym great (would have been better if there was a spa in gym!). Otherwise all great. We were expecting less of everything for the price so got a gr8 surprise. Loved the breakfast (thought a continental was a piece of toast and cuppa). Thank you we'll come again. We had an early flight and couldn't enjoy our 2nd free breakfast!! |

Centrally located. Well placed for access to shopping, restaurants and galleries. The inclusion of a tasty breakfast was a bonus. Some hotels include biscuits with the tea and coffee provided in the room. |

Excellent location, very close to main shopping area. Tidy room (this was the only hotel in the CBD that had a twin share room!). Staff were impeccable - very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. |

Convenient location, Easy access, Bed comfortable, Room clean, Shower had good pressure and water was hot, Staff friendly, Breakfast adequate Room access card continually failed and required reactivation. My brother stayed in another room and experienced the same thing. Rooms lacked oxygen due to sealed windows. Woke up with mild headache on two mornings. Needed to step outside each morning before breakfast to "breath deeply". Five minutes of fresh air and my headache dissipated |

Great inner city location Customer service and attention to detail could be improved. Cleaners should also learn respect the 'Do Not Disturb' sign which I found quite annoying. |

Total we book 3 rooms, 1 room is great, other 2 rooms with wlireless and bathtub, and 1 room pillow with perfume smell. During checkout, we were billed with a mini bar but we didn't consume it and it was revert out but your staff didn't explain anything and no apologies from them. Breakfast was too simple. |
