Cleanliness of the room. Beds were soft and comfortable. Quiet location. No toothpaste and toothbrush provided as part of the toiletries in the room.

I did not like anything about this hotel The building is enclosed between taller buildings and there is little or no natural light. The buffe tbreakfast was more like a canteen, no bar facilites or dining facility. The Wifi was always dropping out and expensive, would not stay here again.

We had a room with a bath/shawer and my wife has a disability and struggled with getting into the shower. We should have requested a walk in shower.

Was able to get a late checkout however had to ask another staff the next morning after being turned down the first time from the staff who checked us in. The location was a bonus as it was right in the heart of the Melb CBD! After adjusting the heating it got too hot then it went to too cold so it resulted in having restless sleep as I was uncomfortable. There was also no valet parking available.

The location was great, very strategically located. The also represented great value for money. The blurb on the booking site indicated there was going to be a sofa couch in the spa room which there was not. Check out was chaotic in the morning and lobby was filled with suit cases with people wanting to pay bill and leave suit cases.
