Location and friendly staff

Good location, friendly staff. We expected the hotel to be noisy but it was really quiet.

Room was quite big with a nice bathroom. Great location.

The booking confirmation said check in untill 9 p.m, but when I arrived at 8.30 doors were already closed. The guy was shutting the place down and wasn't too friendly as I arrived so late (althought I had send them a message, which I never got replied). Breakfast quite poor, only 1 dish from the menu, with coffee or tea, no juice or water etc. Would not go back.

The breakfast was nice when we got it and the staff except for the manager was friendly and helpful. The location was good and the room had a big bathroom.

We didn't get our cooked breakfast on the first day. The manager was less than helpful and hardly ever around. I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for my breakfast. A good option if you are happy to take your chances on breakfast (maybe no breakfast on public holidays?) Also a bit noisy from the outside bar.

Central location. The breakfasts were excellent, and the bar downstairs was quiet. Goods size room for the price. Helpful and friendly staff.

I stayed there for 3 nights. Room contains good facilities, heater (in room and bathroom), comfortable bed and free coffee and tea. Food was great, central location and close to shopping area.

There are just 2 TV channels. (do not know why they are not connect it to a satellite properly. No lift, if you arrived with a big suitcase, you have to carry it up to your room on 2nd floor.

It was a good location, tidy rooms. Cheap bar prices down stairs

The shower was tiny. Our tv didn't work at all and some of the customers in the bar down stairs were a little odd.

The location was perfect, the staff freindly, helpful and accommodating.

The pillows had that 'old' smell to them.

Central location in Hobart giving easy access to shops, visitor centre, harbour and restaurants. Good value for money with breakfast included.

Noise from gaming bar and also from early morning refuse collection and local deliveries.

The television in my room was faulty. Could only get three channels and one of those had no sound.

Nice location that worked well for walking about the city. Food was very good. Staff was a great group of smiling helpful people.

Room was a tad small. Photos misleading. Tried to contact by email with a question several times and never got a reply.

I like the service from the staff helpful and really nice and the breakfast were yummy and the rooms were nice and clean thanks for making our stay comfortable especially with a 18 month old baby

No lift for people to acces first floor who can not manage stairs very well. Car parking would be an advantage
