cleanliness The air conditioner was not working and the attendant was adamant. Said that it isn't possible that air con can have a problem.. Finally after a lot of insisting he came up to the room and checked and agreed, but dint provide any replacement. Was very unpleasant in his behavior.

It is very close to central station which was so good specially because the public transport system in Sydney city is fairly better than Melbourne. Location is great specially since its very close to George St. which is the main street in Sydney city. Plenty of cafes around too. No parking at all.. Even to get off to place the luggage down there was no car space at all. I wish the hotel would provide more info about the public transport system. Wish there was more shower gel available. It was a bit difficult to get it.

It's location near the Central Rail Station permitted us easy access to get there from our evening train then take the early train to Sydney airport next morning. Our room, though austere and clinical in appearance, served the purpose ideally.

We found that the location was close to central station and restaurants. We arrived late and the check out time of 10:00 AM was very tight to have a good night rest.We were allocated a bunk bed and found that this was uncofortable. We were not aware of this at the time of booking. We were told that the room was superior at the time of booking.

No parking spaces available on site, far away from Central Station when walking with kids to the facility in the cold and rainy weather. Did not like the bunk bed. Otherwise everything else was fine. Thanks

We really loved this hotel you could walk from central station, there was heaps of pubs etc around to find something to eat and the staff were friendly and accomodating. I really liked how the showers had the dispensers for everything as well. We would stay here again no hesitation.

I like the location being close to Central Station and the Railway Square for buses to everywhere, as well as being close to Chinatown for good eateries.

My stay was fine, I have stayed here before. Always clean, close to the central station, easy to get around. Never heard much noise form the street. Good place to stay, reasonable pricing.

The fact that we could have five people accommodated. The facilities were adequate, however the room was badly presented. The bedspreads were worn and had holes in places, the walls were covered in scuff marks, the shower rail was disgusting (covered in rust), and the tiling in the bathroom looked like it could do with a good scrub. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone as I felt it was overpriced and in need of a good makeover. I chose the hotel as the advertisement stated opposite Sydney Central station. That may be true but it was the back entrance which had no exit!!!. All in all I felt the advertising was not accurate.

We, a family with two almost adult children, needed a one night accomodation for a stopover in Sydney and found exactly what we needed: a spacy, clean and quiet room for 4 persons not far from Central station. For the current Australian price level (high aud exchange rate) it its still good value for the price, as hotel staff is reduced to a minimum and nevertheless is friendly and keeps the business running correctly. It was no problem to depose 7 pieces of luggsge before checkin and after checkout.

Location and the design of the room and the layout of the bunk bed & Queen size bed. May would like to suggest just have Microware in the room. I've stayed there for 4 nights, and the thing I really don't like about the hotel room is the cleanliness. The chamber maid just do the Queensize bed the bunkbed on the lower side only, the top and the toilet and carpet wasn't clean or vacuum at all, that really piss me off each time I came back from shopping or outing I see the toilet still full of hairs on the floor.

The rooms were very clean and staff very helpful. My stay was for New Year's Eve and expectingly I paid a premium. I did have a clean room and bed and clean bathroom. And the Hotel was located convenient to public transportation. However, for the price I paid I should have had a room that I could control the temperature (preset by building) and given the premium I was paying for nye that I would have a checkout time after the usual 10am. This place was definitely not worth the money. Better than a backpacker's but no leisure was found here.

10 minutes away from the Central Railway station and all major trams and buses. A wide variety of food available from China Town at very affordable prices. The bed coverings were worn out and had holes in them. May be the hotel needs to invest in new bed covers and sheets.

Location We did stay in a budget room but we received the same room with a window looking onto a wall. On the second stay it would have been nice to receive a room with a view.

Conveniently located, walking distance from station. Room was ridiculously small and no window! Felt like sleeping in a cupboard ... Therefore over priced. Shame cause the rest was fine.
