Great location to Central Railway to get out to airport. Convenient to local eateries. Friendly staff.

Location is very "seedy" and a long walk/ bus trip to town . the maid left our door unlocked each day. No lift, therefore hauled luggage up 3 floors. Very very noisy, smoking table right outside the room window, with other guests chatting there at all times of night.

The location for my trip was great. The room was very clean and I liked the decor. The front staff member was so friendly and really helpful. I would stay again.

Proximity to the Central Rail station

1. No coffee table or any table 2. No tea towels 3. Worn out bathroom furniture (Rm # 34) 4. Bed = two single beds put together to imitate queen double 5. Extremely weak WiFi (Rm # 34) signal making internet use impossible

Not what the pictures showed. And sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and painful. Shower and shower head was terrible.

Location - access to Central Station & city. Staff responded helpfully to requests for information etc. Peaceful atmosphere.

Lack of natural daylight in Room 7. Dust triggered allergies (mildly).

Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Great location. Good value for money. Comfortable accomodation. I have listed solo traveller above as you do not give an option for mother and 20 year old daughter.

We stayed for 6 nights and we were kept awake by noisy guests on 5 of those nights. I felt management didnt do enough to keep other guests in line. I have stayed in many places all over the world and this was the noisest I have ever encountered. We were here for business and needed a good nights sleep. I would not stay again for this reason alone.

Staff,location, pretty clean, comfortable.

Too much fluroescent light coming thru curtains . dripping taps need to replaced by ceramic disc type. Shower heads poor. Need a better type of spray output.

As soon as I walked into the front door I smelt cigarette smoke. Disapointed that smoking was allowed in the foyer area of hotel

Friendliness of staff

Room was nothing to what it showed online. Traffic prevented sleep. No power points. Middle of broncs. Paid way more then worth. Disappointed :(

The value of money is very good. The room is clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The toilet paper holder is placed far away from the toilet bowl that you can't even reach. Definitely, this should be looked at. There is no lift, especially if you have heavy luggage to carry to the 3rd floor. The family room is only good for 4 people not 5 luckily, other friend did not come. We booked for 5 adults.

The outdoor area is very modern and comfortable

It would have been nice if the rooms had a small dining table and chairs in them, the fact that there is no elevator was a bit of an issue as I have back problems and taking luggage up and down the stairs was rather hard and I feel that there should have been more washing machines to be used

No lift, only stairs. But the employee on duty was very nice and made everything to get us a room on the first floor when he saw our luggage.

Great location, large and generous accommodation. Great staff and free parking on the street if you arrive at the right time, which in Sydney is a huge bonus!

Not so sure about the bed though - was a not especially comfortable. We were on the third floor and no lift, so challenging with luggage.

Just really liked the accomodation. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of room.

The showers were terrible.Hardly any hot water and one of the smallest showers we have ever been in.Also the price was way over the odds

Not very clean -- the shower was filthy and had a lot of hairs in it when we arrived. There was mold all over the bathroom. The carpet also seemed in need of a vacuum. Beds were on the hard side Lots of street noise -- we were on the first floor facing the street and you could hear cars at all times

Very helpful staff.And we like the set up convenient for family...
