It was spotlessly clean, friendly, convenient and quiet. It was close to public transport and within easy walking distance of my daughter's apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit hard and the heating wouldn't turn on, so i had to rely on the blankets for warmth, but fortunately there were four thick ones and I used them all. |

Close to transport to CBD and walking distance to Central Station. Comfortable room with good facilities. Foxtel connection for entertainment would have been good. |

The staff were very courteous and helpful, and did a fantastic job of accommodating our small group. The hotel was only a ten minute walk from the heart of Sydney's Central Business District, and a twenty five minute walk from Darling Harbour, the Opera House, and the Harbour Bridge. The facilities were very clean and the rooms were tidy and orderly. |

It is near with city and public transport is very easy. Chinatown and Paddy's market is very near with the hotel. The hotel room also equipped with microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and essential kitchen ware. very good. At one morning during our stay, someone knocked our door and before we open the door he already opened it with his own key. He came along with 2 women and said that they are going to do some inspection about the room or whatever it is. Luckily all of us already dressed up |

Bed sheets were not changed until we asked the staff. There were also many small cockroaches in the room. A person at the reception, a was particulary unfriendly when I rung the bell at 9:20pm to ask where shall we leave the key, as we wanted to check out early in the morning at 5am. The cleaning lady was however very friendly and always smiling. |

It is in a very useful place. 8 minutes walking to the Central Railway. The room is big enough and is confortable. It doesn't have too rules about go in and out, (very flexible). I didn't like the pillows, very big. The bed could be less soft. I recommend more options for pillows. |

I specifically asked, in writting, when making my booking for a room NOT facing the street to avoid trafic noice, I got one facing the street! I live on a farm, trafic noise keeps me awake. The tap in the room leaked and I had to rig up a way of masking the noise. |
