We booked this room for the Eminem concert and I stayed in a quad room with my 3 teenage children- there was plenty of room for all. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to offer local advise. We loved the room and it was a great walking distance to Moore park. The convenience of having a fridge with hungry teens, and basic kitchen- including toaster and kettle with complimentary coffee and tea was great!!. We took our own breakfast, snacks and drinks. It was great to be able to wake up and get the kids cereal before we left. I would definitely come back to stay again. Loved it. Great place. Easy to walk to from Central Station.

The staff were wonderful - very helpful. We were able to store luggage for the day after checking out which made our day so much easier. The room was better than we expected for the price and the location was super convenient. Being close to central railway station meant easy access to travel around the city, also there was a bus to downtown and Circular Quay right across the road. The room had a microwave, tea/coffee facilities, basic cutlery and crockery. There are a couple of convenience stores very close by plus some fast food. I recommend this for the budget conscious especially if you are out and about all day and just needing a place to crash and perhaps prepare some light breakfast or microwave supper. I would definitely stay here again. We had to get our kettle and hair dryer replaced for working models - minor inconvenience that was quickly taken care of. No phone in the room so take your mobile. And if I really want to nit pick I could say the pillows were a bit hard but really we were pretty happy overall.

The Housekeeping standards were very poor. Despite asking for the room to be cleaned, the room did not get serviced. A great location but lacking in standards.

The only good thing is a big screen tv in the room Horrible even considering the price: garbage is piled up daily in the garden during the day; room cleaning is absolutely inexistent; debris from previous guests are found in the room; crockery and kichenware incomplete and insufficient; very noisy street and surroundings; no elevator at all; matrasses very bad and uncomfortable; sofa- bed is rubbish; dirty garage; far from train station (I wonder why they gave the hotel this name). I would never recommend this accommodation even if budget is low.

The front desk lady is very helpful. As we stayed at the hotel during the beginning and ending days of our entire holiday trips (the other days we were on the road out of Sydney), we were able to store some of our luggage for retrieval at the later date. During our subsequent check in, we were 2 hours earlier than the stipulated check in time. To allow us to continue our sightseeing in Sydney, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while the room is being readied. When we returned to the hotel room past 9pm that day, we were presently surprised to see all our luggage transferred to the nicely prepared room. This value- adding service would be welcome by any travellers alike. Thumbs up.

Handy to the airport The room was reconfigured to make it a quad with a queen, single and a pull out double sofa bed( instead of queen and 2 singles). The sofa bed made it almost impossible to move across the room.

Location was good, close to Central railway station and local bus stops I was part of group of 4 travellers who booked a room with 2 double beds but on arrival we were given a room with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. The receptionist was able to move us to a more comfortable room as we first requested. Our room was't made up during our 4 night stay and no clean towels provided. We were disappointed as this was not what we expected.

This hotel's staff was AMAZING!!! Indre was the one I dealt with most and she was VERY helpful! I had originally planned on my parents joining me on this trip, but they were unable to make it with very little notice. The hotel was very understanding and helped me through the process of cancelling some of the nights since my parents couldn't make it! Thank you all! The only complaints I had would be that my shower door was broken and when I arrived it was in my living room area? Strange! Also, it was a bit of a walk out of the city and being by myself I was uncomfortable when I had to walk back at night.

On site parking and ability to have all 4 of us in 1 room We had booked 1 room for 4 people. 2 beds were made up, but the sofa bed had not been made up and we had to request sheets and make up the sofa bed ourselves. Also, no iron / ironing board was in the room
