Nabij 't Hoofdstation gelegen was het prettigste. Door vertraging een nukkig ontvangst, oppassen geblazen bij 't telefoneren naar buitenland, wordt je genaaid bij 't leven. |

It is in a very useful place. 8 minutes walking to the Central Railway. The room is big enough and is confortable. It doesn't have too rules about go in and out, (very flexible). I didn't like the pillows, very big. The bed could be less soft. I recommend more options for pillows. |

I specifically asked, in writting, when making my booking for a room NOT facing the street to avoid trafic noice, I got one facing the street! I live on a farm, trafic noise keeps me awake.The tap in the room leaked and I had to rig up a way of masking the noise. |

Convienience of location Was extremely disappointed that even though I had reserved 'secure' carparking spaces directly through the hotel 4 weeks ahead of schedule, was told upon arrival that they had no such places held and could not accomodate our cars and there was nothing they could do about it. Had no choice but to park on the street. |

Yes . . the pillows were very high and inflexible. I would bring our own pillows next time, unless there were softer ones supplied (I know pillows are very much personal taste!!) |

Owners/reception was quite helpful with transport queries. Room had been recently painted but not aired. Room stank of paint. Shower head was not adjustable and water was aimed across not down, hitting myself and my friends in the throat. |

I was booked for four nights. The hotel refunded me half my pre-payment, when I wanted to check out three days early. I was grateful that they did, as I was not happy with the room. The bathroom was in poor condition. The road noise was objectionable... and this was despite having requested a quiet room in my booking. There was a slight miscalculation of my refund amount in their favour - which I pointed out - but frankly I was happy and grateful to receive some money back (which was a big plus), and be able to leave. |
