The young woman shouldn't be in the office no person skills at all, the tv did not work nor did pay tv had to entertain two boys aged 3&4 with no tv beds where to uncomfortable,parking was awkward with my four wheel drive and when I booked the room the price I was charged wasn't the price I was charged

Nice staff Reception area could do with a good clean. First impression was not so good in terms of what my room might be like. Room 4 were smoking in my room and the smell came through the shared door.

The room was bigger than I expected and, although the motel is quite old, the rooms had been refurbished and our room was spotlessly clean. The motel is in the main street, so close to everything you'd need. It was very good value for money. Free internet access. There were a few little negatives: The pool needed to be cleaned (there was quite a bit of dirt on the bottom), the car parking was quite tight in our big four wheel drive, The wi-fi internet connection kept dropping out. No major faults or problems though and I would stay there again.

It was close to our family. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Car parking was easy, reversing and getting out was not easy. Not enough room to turn around in a limited space, and we did not have a big car.

Very clean and tidy room. They allow pets which is great- very hard to find a decent pet friendly motel!. Walking distance to river front and all the city's main shops and pubs.
