Nice staff, clean, easy to park. Single beds were terrible, very small (suit a small child) and very hard. No chairs to sit on to watch the telly, had to sit on the bed.

I loved the fact that the apartment was very clean and new, and had everything we could ask for. We could walk to Charlestown Square, and there were lots of restaurants close by as well. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were great. There were lots of crockery and cutlery, all up, the apartment was great. We would stay again next time we come to Newcastle. No complaints.

Convenient location. New and modern accommodation, close to where we needed to be. Hair dryer impossible to use. Would have been useful to have a clothes dryer and washing powder.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in, in Australia and i've been around a lot , the receptionist is a very hospitable kind and helping Gentleman. Every thing was very clean, calm and amazing loved every minute of my stay in it. No washing machine in the room, and I had 3 babies with me. Little bit more shampoo wouldn't kill any body, would it?

Is it possible to give a 4 star motel 6 stars? This facility was spotless, well appointed, quiet and relaxing. We wanted for nothing. Everything was available. The staff were friendly, professional and extremely efficient and helpful. Car parking was easy and secure. A big shopping centre was within walking distance. There was nothing I could fault at this motel.

Our one-bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Modern design and great features. It had a huge balcony overlooking the trees. The staff are good, very honest - when we checked out I left some expensive jewellery in the room and I rang later in a panic. They had already found it and said they would post it back to me straight away (it arrived 3 days later). Thank you! They forgot to put a cot in our room as requested, and I couldn't get in touch with the manager until 10pm that night (after we had already put my daughter to sleep in our big bed). Also there was no bath tub and there were steps leading up to our apartment, which made it difficult with suitcases and carrying our baby. Would have been nice to have a bath tub too, but that wasn't a dealbreaker. We would definitely stay here again.

The 3 bedroom apartment was the perfect layout for our group. Despite booking for 10 guests (and only having 9 people) our apartment was short one set of bedding and a towel. When we asked at reception, the towel never arrived and we were asked if we had an extra person. Front steps of apartment were dangerously slippery. There were warning signs but even being careful, people slipped.

Very helpfull manager. Location and very nice appartment. not a big enough kitchen was told that this room was not a room but was set for an office so little space to have a full kitchen like other appartments so this room still appears as a office from entry had people come in thinking it was part of the real office.
