Vehicle access to valet parking is via Burnett Lane off Adelaide Street. Turn left from Adelaide Street to Albert Street (shared pedestrian zone), and right onto Burnett Lane. Drive three quarters of the way up the road and the hotel is on the left hand side.
Please note that the streets surrounding Queen Street Mall are 'one-way' streets. You can contact the property for directions, using the contact details found in the booking confirmation.

I loved being in the middle of the city, and having access to the swimming pool which is a good size, and the spa was lovely and warm. The staff especially the room cleaning staff (in particular the little phillipino lady) were excellent. I had my 15 year old grandaughter with me, and as you most probably know 15 year olds can be a little difficult to entertain. Thanks to the close proximity of all amenities, we had a great time. I look forward to my next holiday at your hotel The weather was a little cold, the swimmng pool was advertised as being heated, however the only warmth in the pool in the earea the water was spouting out,. The rest of the pool was rather cold. Not a big problem but would have been more pleasant if it had been warmer.

the friendly staff the bathroom had mould in the shower and had paint off but the worst thing was plastic strips on the carpet where it had worn I found this very unacceptable in a city hotel

Staff was very helpful and non intrusive, on first entering the hotel we had asked reception for directions to the car park as we were lost for 2 hrs, reception printed of a map and gave us step by step directions and drew on the map where one way streets were, also informed us that getting to the car park would require us to drive through a shared Zone, otherwise we would have still been lost by the time it was for us to leave. i forgot my iPhone one day and 9hrs later it was still where I left it even though the cleaner had obviously been. The cleaner was in our room without our knowledge or our request, finding the car park was almost impossible without specific drawn directions from reception, that there wasn't a choice of non valet parking, the in room safe was out of order, and the tv reception had poor quality

The pleasant welcome from the staff and their help. The very stiff tap in the bathroom wash basin. The remote control for the T.V. which did not work properly.

the room was in a great location and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool and spa facilities were beautiful slighly old decor and bathroom a bit old. a balcony would have been nice. TV a bit too small. Also walls were not very soundproof I could hear the TV in the room adjacent and also talking from guests.
