Great location in the heart of the City. Spacious rooms and lovely outlook. Executiive room is located next to lift - continuous "banging" noise from lift, late into the night, quite disturbing. Very limited lighting in the adjoining lounge - poor for reading.

we liked the area , nice and clase to the city but with views of the park im not sure but we stayed there 4 nights and although our bathroom was cleaned each day our bed wasnt made every day

The room was pleasant and nicely furnished, and the TV even had a USB port, which worked well for my partner and I as we carry all of our movies on a flash drive :) The bed was comfortable, and it was easy to find good parking. It was nice to be able to see my car from the hotel room! The lift was a tad dodgy, and apologies if this sounds a bit harsh, but I did have to decline joining about four other rather large guests in it as I wasn't confident the lift could support all of that

This hotel is a great place to stay. The room was spacious and clean We would come here again at a heartbeat. The foyer is just so comfortable to sit in, very homely.

Staff service. Location Parking Clean The bed was extremely unconfortable. One side of the mattress would collapse when it was laid on while the other was firm and stable. It made sleeping on one side of the bed very difficult.

The room was comfortable, with good opportunity to relax. I paid an extra $20 for breakfast to be included. I would have expected to have a full cooked breakfast for that.

Good, clean accommodation. It had a pool though it was not used. Noises of all kinds could be heard, giving this place a bit of character. We were able to laugh at these noises Could hear every noise made around our room. Staff outside cleaning, water running down the pipes, room next door. The elevator made noises which made us feel uneasy. We got used to these noises and can laugh it off

Staff were excellent and location was great - right near tram stop so was really easy to go to Mall or Glenelg elevator was a little rickety but we had a room near it and could not hear it.

easy access parking and location easy to find and get to without the need to mix with central Adelaide traffic. Still close enough to have easy access to the rest of Adelaide. No lift after 11pm. Not good if you are tired ,perhaps a little intoxicated and on the top floor. Seemed like no security present to quieten down loud and obnoxious guests arriving back at 4am and remaining disturbing until 5am or later. I lost all sleep beyond 4am!!

15 minute easy stroll to town centre, old school hotel accommodation, clean, safe, inexpensive. Ask for stamps at the desk to post a postcard,yes, even posted them for us.

Room clean and tidy, room service good. would return again. Bed mattress needs replacing, very uncomfortable. Mattress bows in the middle. room number was 113, did inform on leaving the chiefly.

Location, staff. Rooms good and clean. Very noisy lift, avoid such rooms. Real rip off when the Adelaide motor race is on a $113 room goes to $250, and they don't tell you when you book.
