Fleas in the bed and a room the some of a shoebox. No response from management about the flea issue either.

Very welcoming, and helpful responses from the receptionists. Took our baggage up ourselves and down withe the trollet/. That was ok Would have liked some sweetner as well as sugar in the hospitality coffee/tea dish.

Pillows. Towels and extras like shampoo were very nice.Nice big TV. Very small room for delux. A bit pricey. A matress topper would make a world of difference.

Friendly Staff Room was not serviced and for price it should be. I arrived on a Sunday and the hotel restuarant was not open and there were only take away places near by. I got no sleep as there was a party upstairs with loud music and yelling until 4.30am. I reported it to the after hours contact but management were unable or unwilling to do anything. Several other guests also reported the disturbance.

I thought it was great staff were fantastic room was great and food was the best will stay again for sure when we come to Brisbane and would recomend it to everyone :) mmm Gym could of had a little bit more in it that was all :)

Fantastic value ;) appreciated the upgraded room! The girl who checked us in was fabulous & rectified booking issues really quickly and kept me informed of a mix up promptly. I did not appreciate the morning staff, they did not acknowledge the fact that the error was theirs to begin with & then proceeded to give me incorrect information as well as overcharging my credit card.

Probably the best bed in a hotel we have slept in. Shame the restaurant wasn't open l'm sure from looking at the menu the food would of been superb. We want to come to back to Brissie quite alot this year and now will always stay at Chino's on the proviso we get a room overlooking the pool area. And please thank your lovely guy Dave who bought me up an ice bucket every night he bought it up so quick, he was so friendly and looks like the type of guy if he had to deal with a cranky guest he would still be pleasant. And every staff member we met including the lady who was mopping downstairs floor was so friendly. we will be back the only thing we didnt like was the cleaning lady who started at some ridiculous hour in the morning she needs to clean quitely or not that early haha

Great friendly & helpful staff, both front of house and housekeeping. Ease of booking, confirmation and peace of mind that my Accomdation details were taken care of, via booking.com Room was ideal, clean, well appointed and any other things that I needed were quickly and efficiently taken care of by the attentive reception staff. Restaurant menu could do with some more inivative "Black Board" specials. Restaurant staff were a little unattentive and lacked pro-active customer detail, though very pleasent.

New. Quite comfortable. Located close to where I was heading. One reception girl a bit arrogant and disinterested. Other girls on other days more pleasant. Restaurant staff not very professional & had on loud music through breakfast. Rooms are only cleaned every 4 days - for enviro reasons they say - to save money I say.

on arrival was lovely friendly and helpful receptionist. We found it very convenient and easy access to where we had to go. And I thought it to be good value for money. The only thing that didn't bother us as we had older children, but we stayed in 2 bed apartment and I found it strange there was no inter-connecting door; which I would imagine with small children they wouldn't be able to stay there.

Rooms were comfortable, clean & well set out. Good location. Easy access to the city. Lack of room service e.g. changing towels, cleaning room, bed making. For the price paid, this should be included. I am quite happy with being eco friendly & not having clean towels each day, but to ask for an extra $35 per day to have these basic services seems exorbitant - I wonder if the hotel is donating the $35 to an environmental cause?
