空港までの無料送迎があった。行きは利用の連絡を忘れていて利用できなかったが、帰りはホテルから空港まで- 送ってもらえたので便利。 夜のフライトだったので、空港に到着してタクシーでホテルに向かったら、送迎に出ていてフロントに誰もいな- かった。ちょっと心配になったので常時フロントには誰か居て欲しい。 |

We held a small Christmas party on the premises and it was definitely very good value for money. Suits me fine, however the Ciloms wirless internet is quite poor. I could not connect to the US no matter when I tried. |

The gentleman that picked us up from the airport on the Ciloms bus at 1.00am was very friendly and we were picked up within 5 minutes of us ringing to advise we were ready. This is a great service. Room was fine for the budget price. The bar/restaurant (breakfast)area is looking a little tired, sad and tacky. It could do with a bit of a refurb. Also a bit tacky in reception, hand written signs stuck up about the place, could have been done on computer and laminated. |

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times, and I do so for the location, and convenience, quiet. No traffic noises, no street lighting shining in the room,and free parking how good is that. |

I like the availability of all the facilities on hand such as car rental, availability of halal(muslim food) in the hotel kitchen, gem, swimming pool, guest laundary and the hotel pick up drop service Cooperative staff, especially the courtesy bus driver, the receptioninsts, kitcen staff and the cooperative manager of the the metro car within the hotel.And I would like to hail the polite cleaning and room service providing staff of the hotel.In short every thing there was right to my choice and I would like to be there in future.Thanks to Ciloms Staff and Booking .com. |

Book 2 rooms - both were dirty. One room was not even clean, drinks on the table etc, room gloomy - the table lamps were not even working.There were spiders/small crawling insects on the floor, bed and wall. It was just awful. My children would not sleep on the bed - in the end I need to cramp everyone in a single room - and I paid for a room not used. Told the male reception - he did not offered to do anything. It is a worst hotel I ever stay in my entire travelling experience. I should be charge for teh room - US$130 !!! |

The closeness and shuttle service to the airport.Parking that was available at no extra cost. Being able to have a wide variety of choices for the evening meal. (Buffet) It was a bit warm on the top floor |

Convenient to airport at a good rate. Accessible and check in and out was easy. The lighting made it feel rather cave-like. |

It was quiet, Kangaroos in the back paddock (6 + Joey) Close to the airport for early flights. The swimming pool could do with an upgrade. |

The fact it was so close to the city and to the airport. The parking wasn't allocated to each room therefore it was difficult to find a park on a first in-first served basis. When you have young children and arrive back to the Lodge late at night you just want to let them get comfortable in bed. |

The motel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to stay at for a night before an early flight. The smell of smoke as you walk down the corridor. |

Nice shuttle service to the airport. Cheap drink available at hotel machine. Close to the airport. Fast and efficient desk service and fast check in and check out. Good value for your money. |
