Great service, very friendly staff. Parking Bed was soooo comfortable
There is no handshower and the temperature of the water from the overhead constantly turns from very cold to very hot thus you either almost get burn or a cold chill n need to keep adjusting the bath mixer handle. The pillows are too soft
Staff were very helpful ,especially as we had some difficulty with the exit from carpark in adjacent building; the auto ticketing machine at one location was malfunctioning, and we had to request help from front of house staff, who were most courteous.
Some difficulty in transfer of luggage from sub-floor carpark to lobby; admittedly, it was a very busy weekend, and access to the hotel carpark was not possible, hence had to use facilities under adjacent property.
Location was great.
Stains on the carpet and lounge.
The location of the serviced apartment was absolutely fantastic. Walkable distance to Melbourne CBD and having a tram stop right in front of the apartment is fantastic. Their bed/mattress is extremely comfortable. Really good in providing a good night rest. Love their 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash with essential oil as it gave a fresh and moisturised feel after showering.
For the amount paid for the stay, it was rather surprising that they do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste by default. Either you have to buy or bring your own or request for it. Even by requesting, they will only give you just one set. Also, note that they charged for parking if one is renting a car for road trips. It is not complimentary to guests.
great location, friendly staff.
bedroom was too hot, the air con was in the lounge room and didn't reach the bedroom
Cleanliness, helpful staff, sound system, size of room and LOCATION
View could have been better as we upgraded and paid extra for a city view.
The location, the view and clean facilities.
As this was mu 3rd time of staying there for 7 nights on holidays and was on my own, I requested an extra bed as the room only had queen bed. I was advised there was a fee of $50 and when I advised I felt this was a bit over the top as room was for 2 people the staff member advised the fee would be waived. It was not waived and added to the Saturday night tariff. I thought there might have been some reward for repeat business.
Staff were accomodating and friendly. Facilities were clean and well set out. Location is ideal.
Good service when needing to move rooms and when we left a jacket in the room when moving. Front of house staff very good to deal with on the whole.
Construction site next door, concrete breaking which started at 6am and included Saturday. Front of house staff could not activate keys when we checked it at 3pm. Towels not supplied when we asked and had to call in maintenance to repair a bathroom light when we moved into the room. It was not checked well enough before we moved in. Strangely the double bed consisted of two singles pushed together. Not ideal for a couple.
Location. +++ The facilities are very good, there is a very good gym, and the staff are really excellent.
I did not have any complaints at all...maybe just that I wished I could stay longer!
We enjoyed the location, close to restaurants and entertainment and all staff we very polite and helpful
Twin beds pushed together instead of a double/queen matress.... Not really ideal or expected and "middle crack" was very noticeable lump.
perfect location and friendly staff - good views from floor 19
Staff very helpful, provided us with electrical converters, printed our boarding passes and delivered them to our door. Great coffee and breakfast cafe out back door of hotel (opens at 7:00am). Japanese restaurant front of hotel will bill meals to your room.
Room a little tired, but very clean and comfortable.
Position Helpful staff Ease of parking Comfortable room Great views over city
Breakfast a little expensive.
The only good thing was the comfy bed after spending an hour trying to find a park near the place that wasn't going to cost us an arm and leg..
Staff were very rude and abrupt
Convenience of closeness to shopping
To pricey . Had to get own towels from front desks . Would not use this hotel again
Excellent staff service at reception
Abysmal service by the head waiter/manager of the restaurant on Saturday morning, he was more interested in showing off to a junior staff member than satisfying our need for a timely breakfast.
I have stayed at Citadines before and it is my favourite place to stay in Melbourne. I love the location, the size of the apartment and the pool/gym area.
spacious apartment, modern decore.
. we were unable to play the movie we selected because there was a fault with the equipment. . Even on the 14th floor loud disco music from a club at street level kept me awake until midnight. If you are staying Friday or Saturday night make sure you get a room which does not face the street.
The staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble from providing directions to organising a taxi to the airport. All the staff we dealt with were professional and friendly. There was also a reasonably priced buffet breakfast available in the café nearby. The apartment was spacious and well set out with good kitchen facilities and very comfortable beds.
Having to leave!
Great bed, quiet room, fairly spacious for the room category. Wifi worked well. Definitely would stay at this property again.
Excellent value for money bang in the middle of Melbourne, have stayed here before and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.
Carpark availability. And access.
City noise, loud music on late Friday night.
What a fabulous spot for our accommodation for our annual girls weekend. Close to the CBD shops, Chinatown and the theatres making it easy to get around on foot. Room had great views, we were on the 23rd floor and could even see the bay. Would stay again.
