I left some jewellery and, coming back an hour or so later, found that the staff had just packed it into a bag and were about to contact me. I appreciated that very much. |

The proximity of the hotel to what we wanted to see in the city was great. The meal we had was nice too. I booked a city view room but "due to unforeseen circumstances" we ended up with an "Alley View" room. Cool start "not". No tv reception, asked reception for help, was told give it a few minutes. Gave it a few minutes still no reception. Got annoyed, went for a walk, went past reception and told them again. Got back after approx 1 hour still no tv, rang reception and finally someone decided to investigate. Finally fixed....what a drama for tv. Went out for dinner, got back to hotel, no LIGHTS....rang reception, someone attended, lights on. Great bed, good nights sleep. Went out for brekkie and shopping in the morning. Got back to hotel early afternoon, ready for a nap, got to room, key would not work.....NOT Good |

Location was great, accomodation standard was fine. The cleaniliness of the room was questionable, had to ring to tea & coffee replenished for 2 days in a row. |

We liked the that it was very central to everything, the service of the staff was really efficient and friendly. And the view was nice also. Someones sock was behind the tv unit and it was not ours. |

About the only thing I liked about the hotel was that it was 2 minute walk to our entertainment venue. Bed was uncomfortable, staff at the front desk took 10-15 minutes trying to find our reservation then tried to charge me a higher price to what I was quoted through you, electical plug did not work in room, had to make cup of tea in bathroom, only given 2 teabags, very dissappointing. |

Location, location, location. And the room was very nice - good size and layout. Although there were two of us, we were required to share a washcloth. Apparently they were out of towels. For the price, I expect a towel of my own. And, they were unable to check us in early and the front desk gave us major misinformation about a dinner reservation location. |

Very central location. Great for anyone keen to explore the city and surrounds. Friendly staff were very helpful. Cabs, trams, trains they are all literally on the door step. The room was a bit of a let down. Bathroom came with complimentary empty shower cap box and empty shampoo container. Towels were a bit stained and old. Our king size bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together... little uncomfortable. |

Location in the city of Melbourne is fantastic - access to public transport and right in the CBD. Well appointed room - small but very comfortable with modern amenities and decor. |

Staff were extremely friendly and always helpful...rooms were clean and comfortable...shower gel/shampoo and conditioner was a nice scent...very good variety for the buffet breakfast. Free internet access in Level 1 business centre...plus free printing. Towels were a bit thin...buffet scrambled egg weren't so great...could get a bit noisy because the walls are thin, so sometimes we could here people showering or going through the process of cleaning the rooms near us in the morning which disrupted our sleep a little.. |
