Enjoyed our stay the location I excellent, the gym was very good and all the staff and I mean every staff were very friendly.

Only one issue, when I went to check out and pay the bill I was told it would be $229 I had booked it for $169 which I showed the man at the desk on my iphone as I did not have access to a printer. I was dismayed that he did not have the details of price from booking.com and he insisted that I get onto the internet and print off a copy , he was very pleasant but I was quite dismayed that this was something that he needed me to supply deails of

Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Great location, directly opposite Flinders st station and two major tram lines. There was a supermarket/bottle When I checked out they offered to hold my bags and I went and had brekkie on Degraves st (2 minute walk).

My major complaint with the hotel was the noise. The rooms weren't soud- proofed at all. I could hear the couple next door to us having sex and I know they could hear me. This is not ideal if you're having a romantic rendevous.

Location. Business facilities.

Bar was closed on Friday night when I arrived back after a concert at 11pm. I was told I could go out and find a bar or have room service. Not good for a Friday night in Melbourne. Room cleanliness was suspect and dirty glasses left in room after cleaning, not replaced with clean ones.

The Staff at reception were excellent, the young woman had 5 star service attitude.

Well the window view was a grotty building next door and I prefer a firmer bed. Was comfortable though.

Location; comfortable bed and pillows; responsiveness of staff to requests.

Limited bathroom supplies; eg, shower cap, body lotion. TV remote had no cover for the batteries, so had to hold these in to operate it. Hair dryer needs an update, made funny noise, but did the job.

So central at a reasonable price.

I booked at least 6 months ahead but was disappointed with the room. Blank wall against the window. Had to have lights on in the daytime. Secondly, although it was easy to book, I would have liked to have paid on-line instead of waiting until I got there. It would have just spread the money over the holiday more.

Its location: its close proximity to Melbourne Park, shopping, food, transportation; the cleanliness of the room; room facilities like large screen TV, Fox TV, mini fridge, air con, etc.; The Price: good value at the time of making reservation.

The TV decoder played up from time to time but nothing like 'resetting' the device couldn't fix. The Hotel had an environment protection programme and I was happy to have our towels and sheets refreshed every other day but they seem to be replaced everyday, so I feel I failed to help the Aussies out.

Position was excellent for all transport and getting to the tennis.

It was very central. Rooms were adequate and clean.

Clean, location, facilities, friendly

location to transport and restaurants/cafes. Very comfy room/bed with lovely view over Flinders St station and Yarra River to Southbank.

Very central - able to walk to sporting facilities. Surrounded by good eating places from those providing quick breakfast /lunch to more upmarket. All with excellent service. The hotel room was spacious, service good and reasonably priced.
