Dzieci i dodatkowe łóżka
Wszystkie dzieci do lat 6 - pobyt bezpłatny, jeżeli śpią na obecnych łóżkach.
Wszystkie dzieci do lat 2 - pobyt bezpłatny, na łóżeczkach niemowlęcych .
Wszystkie dzieci starsze lub dorośli - opłata w wysokości 30,00 AUD za osobę, za dobę, na dodatkowych łóżkach.
Maksymalna ilość dodatkowych łóżek/ łóżeczek niemowlęcych w pokoju to 1.
Dodatkowe łóżka oferowane są na życzenie i muszą zostać potwierdzone przez hotel.
Dodatkowe opłaty nie zostaną automatycznie doliczone do całkowitego kosztu rezerwacji i muszą zostać uregulowane bezpośrednio w hotelu.
Depozyt
Hotel obciąży Gościa sumą w wysokości 100 procent opłaty za pierwszą noc, przynajmniej 3 dni przed datą przyjazdu. Kwota ta nie podlega zwrotowi.

I liked it's proximity to the city. Good for a quick overnight stay. There was no lift!! we were booked on the fourth floor, there were four of us, each with a 23kg suitcase and carry on luggage. We had just come in from an international flight and were quite put off that we had to go up 72 steps to our room. Once we got to the room we found that the double bed was pushed up against a wall, which meant we were climbing over each other to get in and out of bed. All the beds in the family room were like slabs of cement. The night before our arrival I rang the motel to ask for the best form of transport to the hotel from the airport. I asked about a shuttle service. They knew of none. However when we arrived at the hotel there was a sign on the back wall advising of a shuttle service.. really annoying!! |

Central city location. Clean and comfortable apartment, though somewhat small. The blind on the window (room 408) is not suitable for shutting out the outside light. There is no elevator for luggage. |

The location is great. Rate is reasonable for the facilities provided. Free internet access. If you are not asking for much, it is good to stay. No lift, need to carry our 2 heavy bags up to 4th floor. Air conditioning not working so well during the summer. Room is small & pretty warm because of the spot lights. They did not replenish toilet rolls, creamer when necessary. |

Great location! Very easy and fast access from Airport. Clear, little rooms. No lift! Steep stairs. If you are going use the kitchen in hotel be ready that kitchen not very clean and in the fridge no free space. But generally hotel is nice and there good staff. |

staff helpful and location excellent Family room was impractical as bathroom was in one of the bedroom. Also no lift but lots of stairs. Not suitable for older traveller or family with young children. Dishwasher was not working. |

i like the cleanliness of the hotel and its friendly staff. however i really think that the hotel should provide a lift because the floor height is about 4m and its extremely tiring to climb the stairs (especially older people). |

It is very clean,good location,near to train stations and the staff are friendly. Had to climb two flights of stairs to get to reception,the aircon was noisy and it was very noisy with early morning traffic (not double glazed). |

The hotel is very central for visiting the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, etc There are a lot of steps to get up, especially carrying heavy suitcases. |

If you only need a room for an hour or so, then I am sure that this establishment's advertised "Self Indulgence Special" is ideal. But if on the other hand you are a traveller with luggage and the expectation that this is a 4 star establishment, then the absence of a lift and hot water in the bathroom basin is pretty fundamental. The charitable would describe this place as a hostel, others would use another word. |

Although the room is small compared to other hotels and no lifts.... but it's got everything you need inside, besides, it's close to city centre, railway station and opera house. That's really convenient and makes trips easier. If i go to sydney again, i'd choose to stay there again... |

The shower was great and the big tv in the common room was great. The room was tiny; the tv did not have great reception and you could hardly see the visual lying in bed because it was not aligned correctly; the bed was hard as a rock and they only gave one pillow and their is no air-con control in the bedroom. |

The hotel was very convenient to the center city area and within walking distance of the: Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, and the ferry wharfs. Access to the Wynyard train station was within a city block. Wynyard is a major stop with access to many trains, including the train to the airport. Lots of food and convenience stores very close. Luggage is storred beside the front desk so, security is a little bit of a concern. No lift. |
