The location was good

We didnt like the fact that the first photo we saw of the hostel has a pool in it? Very deceptive, very cunning and quite wrong!

Dirty place ever

Just the location and the staff was friendly.

Horrible, old hostel! I would never stay there again! I would take it of your website, it is such a difference with the other stays I booked on your website!!

The position is very good and the relationship quality price is not bad.

In our room there was not the fridge while in the other room it was. The kitchen wasn't in good condition and tha fact you have to hire forks and knifes is very uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for the purposes of our trip: equally located between the CBD, Kings Cross and the Sydney Football Stadium/Allianz Stadium.

Some rooms - although not ours - were quite run-down and in major need of attention and repair.

We get a room with own toilet and shower.

No free WiFi!!! No food prepared (bread, rice, tea)!!! Airport pick up service failed!!! (We had to go by train, very expensive, was over 30$ for two people!!!) All these things that were promised on the Internet are just not true!!! We decided to book this hostel because of what they promise on the websites but these things only seem to be used to attract people to stay there.

The first room I was in was on the street level, with constant heavy traffic going past the window, and no sound abatement (such as heavy curtains, or double glazed windows). But to be honest, you get what you pay for, I was just after a simple secure room to stay overnight, and when I was moved into another room, it was at least clean & quiet(er - the hostel is a back packers, but the other clients were reasonably well behaved). I have stayed at other hotels in inner sydney, which have only cost slightly more, but have been far more habitable My fault for being cheap (the place is a backpackers hostel)

The manager was good at dealing with any problems we had.

Where do i begin? After making the booking online- we arrived to find that the facilities advertised didn't exist. The hostel was supposed to have free wifi, free tv in the bedroom and free rice and bread in the kitchen. There was NO FREE WIFI, the tv didn't work and there was NO FREE RICE. We went down to reception to ask them about it and got confronted by 2 receptionists that laughed in our faces, and told us they were only receptionists and couldn't help. They were useless and rude.

Very run down and staff poorly trained. More importantly, extremely noisy at night, with people yelling at each other, slamming doors etc. I would recommend taking this hostel off your list, as it is totally out of character with all the others I have used on your site.

Well priced and handy to the city

I arrived after hours. You have to leave a deposit for cups and plates so although there is a kitchen I could not even make a cup of tea. Also you have to pay $1 for a towel so I did not have a towel either until I could check in the next day. The room strangely has a shower but no toilet

市内の中心地にあるので、移動には便利。シャワー、トイレ共同と表記されていたが、部屋にはシャワーも有っ- た。泊まるだけと考えれば、値段的に他のホテルと比べると格安。

ホテルではなくホステル。他の部屋はバックパッカーの相部屋。部屋が入り口のすぐ真上だった為、バックパッ- カー達が朝まで騒いでいた。

Er bleek wel een douche op onze kamer te zijn terwijl dat niet in de beschrijving stond.

De algehele indruk van het pand is niet erg schoon. Zelfs het personeel had het over een 'monster roach' die iemand gister had platgestampt.

我们到的第一天晚上根本不能入睡，因为很多年轻人就在窗外大声说话，唱歌，吵得不得了，加上汽车声，根本无- 法睡觉。直到第二天早上五点人才散了。这个还- 是旅馆吗？而且你们网站上说住满三天的客人旅馆可以免费用悉尼超级班车送到机场，我们住了三天也没有享受到- 这个待遇，旅馆说要从机场过来才能免费，不知- 真假。另外，旅馆接待处每天只有上午八点到晚上十点有人，超过这个时间就没有人了，你有任何问题旅馆都没有- 人管。这是我们在国外住过的最差的旅馆，不能- 让人睡觉的地方能是旅馆吗？！

Gostei da localização e do fato de o Hostel ter aceitado ficar com as nossas bagagens antes do check in e após o check out, o que nos proporcionou grande comodidade. Gostei do fato de o quarto ter um tamanho bom, ter tv (velha, mas que funcionava) e uma mini geladeira. Foi útil também o fato de o quarto ter um chuveiro, mas não tinha porta, apenas uma cortina rasgada. E, apesar de ter chuveiro e pia, não tem vaso sanitário, mas não posso reclamar porque contratei o Hostel sabendo que o banheiro era compartilhado. Gostei também do fato de dentro do quarto haver uma mesa com uma cadeira.

Para começar, a apresentação do hostel não é boa. A entrada é suja e mal conservada e os móveis de uso comum são sujos e velhos. Outros hóspedes eram barulhentos e mal educados. Passaram a madrugada toda no porta do Hostel, falando muito alto, bebendo, fumando e dando gargalhadas. Como estávamos hospedados no quarto ao lado da portaria (quarto 2), não foi possível dormir naquela noite, mesmo depois de pedir silêncio. Isso me causou péssima impressão do hostel por permitir essa bagunça. Também não gostei do fato de o beliche não ter escada. Era necessário pular da cadeira para a cama com muito esforço. O quarto não me parecia limpo, mas a roupa de cama, sim. O quarto cheirava a mofo e as janelas não abriam direito. O banheiro de uso coletivo não era muito limpo também.

le personnel très sympathique, le fait d'avoir une douche dans ma chambre, le sky garden.

Le manque d'animation, malgre une petite soirée sur le toit lors de mes trois nuits, et pas d'ordinateur pour accéder a internet.
