the convenience to the city and the friendly manager

the access to the motel is rather tricky coming from east side . a long way round for a short cut.

price and location close to airport and my meeting next morning.

difficult to get to with the freeway.

Good value for money. The idea that you can make micowave meals, and have your own breakfast foods. That they supply crockery for your use. Nice set up.nice and quite no noise from any where.

Had a bit of trouble getting to the place from the airport. Found out when we got there that there is info on the city view web site telling us how to get there. This needs to be on this one as well. Sorry if I missed it if it was on here.

View, city closeness, very friendly, very hospitable!

Not a big downfall,but would have preferred a proper, small kitchen sink! But we certainly managed!

Finding the place!!! When I phoned to the Motel saying I was lost the reception man gave me good instructions.

I liked the location and the river, mountain views.

I didn't like the beds and bedding they were very old and bad.

wonderful roads signs to the motel. Great Layout. Nice big TV. Very efficient service. In room facilities were great.

too many flies in the bathroom.

It was clean, with a good queen bed. The kettle & toaster were handy and the luggage space was a good size. The retractable clothes line in the bathroom was handy too.

The taps in bathroom were dated and rough to touch - could be replaced without great expense.

The free wifi doesnt work properly and only reaches to a couple of rooms. Room wasnt very clean

Proprietor (Grant) very personable and informative, very clean room, lovely fluffy towels.

Neat ,clean room, good seating and table inside - Great views from window or outside table and chairs. Easy in and out with car, and parking at your door. Central to everything around Hobart. Friendly staff.

Great views; friendly and helpful manager, closeness to the city as well as freeway access to different locations. Shopping centre 5 mins. Away.

Although directions to the Motel were signposted, it was easy to take the wrong road and this meant a detour back. However, once we got used to the turnoff and signage is was fine.

Rooms have been refurbished - very comfortable. Microwave and toaster etc in room which is great for travellers. Good views over the water and walking distance to shopping centre, restaurants etc. Very convenient. Value for money

Within walking distance of Bellereve Oval. Easy bus link into town.

i loved the self contained little rooms, it was tidy and clean and very easy to find the hotel. The room was quiet (besides the rain) I didn't hear next door. Really impressed.

There is not much I didn't like, except couldn't access the Internet as when we arrived back at the hotels the staff were not at reception. This however is not a big deal for us, we bought our own. So it was the only kind of bad thing I could think of.

Quiet, clean

Location - beautiful view but difficult to access via cab and not close to shops when you are without transport.

Nice view across Hobart. The sheets were very clean.

The rooms we tired, outdated, and very musty smelling. There was an attempt to cover up the stale smell with air freshener which was overpowering. The furniture was old and in disrepair. Very expensive for the condition.

Veramente poco.

Prenotiamo alle 19 e arriviamo al motel alle 20, arriva una mail di conferma con check in fino alle 22.. Purtroppo la reception è chiusa dalle 5 con tanto di cartello e poi piove. Devo telefonare con il cellulare italiano, non ci sono telefoni, capisco poco, alla fine mi rispondono che arriveranno tra 10 minuti, il tutto mi costa circa 5 euro. All'arrivo il signore della reception (non so se fosse il gestore) seccato mi fa vedere il cartello della reception chiusa alle 5. Chi scrive gli orari di check in su booking, io? Se non lo rintracciavo cosa succedeva visto che aveva I miei numeri di carta di credito? Comunque situazione davvero seccante. Dopo questo ci dà una camera con la finestra del bagno rotta, si riempie subito di insetti, niente doccia fino alla mattina.. Cosa devo aggiungere?
