Very clean with rooms serviced daily. Great location for exploring the city and very close to ferries. Bed was extremely comfortable. We thought it was really good value for money.

Cooking facilities is a real bonus when travelling with a family. Decor a bit tired and dated but convenience to Perth city more than made up for it.

Great location and free parking was nice. Great beds for couples! People having drunken parties could occasionally be loud but they kept to them selfs. The door was broken on the inside which is concerning.

Reasonably good location. About 10 minute walk to Centre Didn,t like the fact that cars, big vans were parking outside my doorway making it difficult to exit from my room. Also potentially H & S hazard

Proximity to the downtown attractions, ferries, trains, busses, entertainment and eating establishments. The hotel is older but is well cared for and staff is very helpful. Good value. Access to Internet as advertised on the website is a bit unclear so was a small issue.

Seond time I have stayed here. Beds were comfortable Kitchenette ability to cook simple meals. Internet access was reasonably priced Could be cleaner - particularly mould in shower tiles, a few carpet stains and a stain on bedspread. Could have non-stick cookware to ease washing-up, and a dish drying rack. A key return box?

It was in a great location, lovely view across the river. Very basic but great service to rooms and very clean. If just wanting a room and not wanting 5 star you could not get better. I would stay again no troubles. Parking can be difficult but they say they can't guarentee a spot so it was not unexpected just a pain when there were no spots left. However it was no biggy

The location was excellent for a short walk into the city malls for shopping and sightseeing. Proximity to river was a plus as well. Room was clean and roomy and had good hanging and storage space for the longer stay. Retro but worth it. Windows need locks for security that was only issue for me.

Comfort, everything we needed was in the rooms we booked. Location was excellent especially for Australia Day. Good stay! Kitchten is fully stocked with cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave. Air-con was noisy. That's the only negative point.
