Staff, although made the effort to be helpfull, didn't know much about local area. The rooms are from the sixties, extremely outdated and run down. Beds uncomfortable, made massive rattling noise when you moved. Got supplied cot for baby and it still had food crumbs etc in it. Nearby hotel, very noisy. But, suppose OK for one or 2 nights. |

location, and staff were very helpful Room was dingy, very basic, and not very clean.Windows so dirty you couldn't see out! Wouldn't stay again |

The location is very good, being very close to the swan river, but a 20min walk from the city The rooms are very basic and the decor is quite depressing. The whole building is in need of a face lifting update. It more like a backpackers. |
