Had an apartment ,beds very comfy but whole place looks very tired - kitchen especially , fly screens not attached windows rattled other then that location was excellent for our needs

A lot of highway noise. Massager attached to main bed was pathetic. The room was up steep stairs that I had to deal with, with an elderly person.

Close to monash university

No supermarket or eatery around

The Host was really lovely and the location was excellent as we had to be close to the Monash Hospital

The only problem was the sheets and blankets were not as clean as they should have been

very nice people to deal with,,, will be telling my friends about this place..

Stayed with elderly parents, the 2bedroom was very accommadating for my parents as mobility is limited

Maybe needed a fresh coat of paint. Looking aged

Au bout d'une semaine il a fallut se disputer pour qu'on nous change les draps.Prix très cher.nous sommes allé plus pret de Melbourne et les prix étaient super.les chambres étaient propres ...elles.

Location is close to Monash University. Staff is friendly. The room is a bit worn but clean.

The room is facing a main road and it is noisy in the evening. No free wifi.

It is close to the Monash Medical Centre, Clayton and shopping centre, etc.

It was disappointing that: 1. The Manager didn't advise us that the two nights we booked had been deducted from our credit card when we weren't sure if we were definitately staying the second night. We had told him at the time of the booking that due to my husband having a day procedure at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton we weren't sure and he said he could wait until 1pm for us to book it. We ended up coming back at 2pm but decided to go home and not stay. We paid $280 and asked for a discount for leaving early but he could not give us one. 2. The shower recess was mouldy, the white towels had stains on them. The bed linen had stains on them too. 3. The room smelled of bleach when we came to the hotel.

Clean and comfortable for a reasonable price. Staff friendly and helpful and rooms were decently sized
