Club Crocodile Airlie Beach  

Easy to find. Most helpful Staff. Airlie beach and Hotel a bit deserted but that is not the hotels fault. Does need renovations but may affect the budget conscious traveller.

Not at Airlie beach as advertised, but Cannovale. I didn't realize the resort was run down and needing a face lift. I would not visit again. Booked for three nights but only stayed one. It was very clean but old. :) The advertising was very well written but very mis-leading!

The beds in both rooms were absolutely terrible...Hard as rocks. Neither couple would stay again because of this.

Was very, very tired, needs a makeover badly, I stayed here on my honeymoon 18 years ago, I was very disappointed withits condition on arrival this time.

Pool outside of room

Room full of ants! No meals and bar only open at certain times... No entertainment as there use to be!!! Use to be a local and brought people to stay and even they were disappointed

Reception staff were polite and professional. Pool& spa were great.

The resort name on the billboard out front is "clubcroc/hotelcroc" or something like that. We had booked online where the resort is called "clubcrocodile".bit confusing, took us a while to find the place because of the name not being exact. The resort was a bit old looking and could do with a refurb. All food had to be bought at the restaurant... But it didn't look very inviting.

No hand towels or face washers. The a/c was too noisy to have on whilst sleeping which made the room stuffy

Room was clean and tidy, location eas excellent.

Nothing was open when we arrived. The complex in general is showing its age and in need of some TLC

Value for money & friendly staff. The kids loved the pool spa.

Ground could use some further maintenance (daughter cut foot on bottom of pool), more privacy required for rooms (double glass door felt like being in a fish bowl)

No fuss booking in strait forward,Location, Pool was good.

Room was on top floor a bit away from it all. Could not get a cocktail on good Friday even though we stayed there. We had to order food.

Lack of staff when I had to report a loose ceiling fan. Leaking a/c condensor onto shelf in bedroom. Gaps in bathroom window thus unwanted insects in room. Smoking patrons below polluting upstairs patrons with second hand breathed smoke. No confirmation from anyone that ceiling fan had been attached securely ?

This is a very very tired property. Rooms are very dated and in desperate need of a refurbishment. No restaurant or bar facilities were available on a Thursady night. No staffed check in after 6.00pm, or check our before 8.00am

Staff were great, nice pool, comfortable room.

Quite a walk from the centre

the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything everytime. We also wanted to leave our luggage there during our sailing trip, which was no problem at all. The rooms were very clean and tidy also quiet and good for our purpose.

The whole facility is a bit older and the pool smelled a bit funny. But there was a huge pool and jacuzzi to use.

A little bit far from town center to a visitor without car.

The gardens where dead. The tv didnt work at all, the walls in the room where dirty. Rubbish was left outside our door in the heat for the duration of the stay and it smelt like diapers. Certainly not the club croc I have visited over the last 20 years with the family.

Rats every where,Rubbish bags left at stairwells. Smelled rearly bad in bathroom. Swiming pool had slime in it.Fan in room not working,Over all not happy but it was cheap so I quess you get what you pay for.

The location was good and the price was also very reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The electricity went off in our room half way through the night. No air conditioner, no power at all on a sweltering hot night. There was no directory in the room so we could not call anyone to come and fix the problem. However after talking to the staff the following morning they decided not to charge us for that night, for that I am very thankful.

cramp dirty room i would not reconmend this place...there was still wrappings on the floor from previous people... water spilt onto the floor and when we wiped it up the towel was black. Only one teaspoon.. wash it everytime one had a cuppa/coffee. The bunks beds hide the light switch and instead of beening able to use the lader we had to stand on the bedside tabe to climb onto the ladder.. We travel alot and where not impressed with this place.

Nothing

Everything. Right from the car park, the entrance to the reception looked un-maintained and shabby. The were missing floor tiles in the foyer, timber baords that had come loose from the fron facade and were resting on the overhang roof over the entrance (dangerous). Really badly maintained. Inside the room. The bed linen was replaced but that was all. The floor was disgusting, the top of the lockers and furniture were un-cleaned. It felt dirty! The cops arrived at 4.00 am to sort out a disturbance. There seemed to be no control or consideration for guests. Bad, bad, bad!!
