Good location to stay with kids, out of the main street area. The room was well presented, just been renovated and was comfortable. Staff were friendly.
When arrived the entrance was not maintained, chipped tiles or tiles falling off. Entrance off the main street needs a bit of sprucing up, was not that inviting when driving in to find reception, were greeted by cars, needs a garden circuit to reception. Rubbish, smoke butts, chewing gum around the swimming pool and seating areas. Plants around pool area were dying and were not kept tidy and maintained. Smoke butt containers outside rooms. Bar/Restaurant chairs and tables need an update.
Had no sleep for two night dew to next room up till after 4 o'clock each night vèry in consider it. Not happy at all
Not good pool facilities or choice of outlets to eat
bar, food, music, pool, location
dirty floor in my room
The staff at the front counter was very helpful.
There was a woman sitting at the front of our room smoking the whole night and morning therefore smoke fumes drifted into our room all night. Our air conditioner made a VERY loud clunking noise all night i.e the compressor stopped working. There was mould in the bathroom. The sheets smelt of cigarette probably due to the lady next door. Not happy at all - backpacker quality at best.
Front of house staff were friendly
They ran out of Food for breakfast Children were allowed to use the pool unsupervised until midnight while the parens got drunk at the bar
Water bottles in fridge would be good Pool needs a revamp More deck chairs Food was very good Reno on rooms is nice Needs a clothes line in shower
its call a hotel but it is more like a back packers. it is very low class. maybe 40 years ago when it was built it could have been called a motel. The rooms were very dirty and have not changed in 40 years. we couldn't have a shower as we felt the rooms were too dirty. The TV and remote control didn't work. the light/ac switches were broken. I never went for a swim or went to the dinning area as I didn't want to be more disgusted. the pictures make the place look clean and nice but they are nothing like the pictures.
location and accessability, friendly, good food.
Limited car parking spaces
location is good. Easy to get taxi. Have swimming pool and SPA
a little bit expensive.
rooms not clean enough staff not friendly enough besides 1 male at the font check in bar staff were disorganised dicount offers/ payment varied alot depending on where you booked in from. Friends of ours stayed in a better room with breaky inlcuded for the same price & when I queried this the staff didn't seem to care at all
Had to be lived because our room was filthy so wasn't very impressed at all. The new room didn't have channel 7 and I rang and requested someone to come and they said they were sending someone but they never came.
Value. Good walks. Very quiet room at night. Good breakfast for $10. Fair view. Deluxe room worth the bit extra
Lift old and dirty and didn't feel that safe
I liked that Club Croc was very family friendly, we have a large family and it was extremely well priced and we will definitely return each time we visit Airlie Beach
I liked that I could book the room a couple of hours before arriving for a late check in I like that i got the room for almost half price
There were no bath towels. I left before reception opened so I couldn't make them aware of it It felt like there were two single mattresses on a double base
The staff were friend & helpful. The bathrooms were newly renovated and nice.
The aircons were old & not very cold at all. The tv Ariel was useless & we couldn't watch the tv at all. We went during the holidays so won't make that mistake again it was so loud could hear everything outside while in the rooms.
The bed in our room only had a sheet on it with no dooner. Freezing cold the whole night
Kids Pool. Close to the Shopping center for good choices for food. Great Bar..
The faciliities & Staff were very helpful, especially the Kelly bar tender very friendly & made our trip even better. i made a suggestion of putting in a swing & slide for kids, I will be coming back with my kids!!
Could have had a swing and slide for the kids
Enjoyed the BBQ Buffett and the breakfast Buffett . Location to the supermarket was good. 10 min drive to the beach.
Room was run down. Needs a revamp . Free wifi didn't work two days we were there.
A very comfortable venue to relax after an enjoyable day in the local area. Close to the center of Airlie Beach, the marina and tourist attractions
The rooms have no basic cooking facilities, e.g. microwave
Close to the centre of Airlie Beach Staff were very friendly Food was good
Happy hour was never on time as computers were always down Rooms need to renovated as looking old and shabby Spa in the pool area needed to be cleaned, full of sand
The whole place.. Awful..low quality rooms
I didn't expect it to be so nice behind the front walls. The pool area is beautiful and tge restaurant and bar area is huge. I imagine in peak time this is buzzing. My daughter loved it.
The rooms really need redoing they almost seem a bit forgotten about and ours was dusty and cold feeling. If you renovate this and seperate your long term stay "island workers" from your quests this place would be amazing!!!
Good value for money and for all day trips we had a bus pick up right at the front door.
Not allowed to cook in room (even basic toast) as they wanted you to eat at the restaurant. Bathroom was basic with small shower, no vanity cupboard for storage, no window curtain or fly screen.
