This is the perfect Hotel. Everything was just right. It is new and modern and comfortable. All Staff were very professional and friendly. The Breakfast was just right and the WiFi was Free and reliable. I could not recommend this Hotel highly enough. Very good value for money. I will make an effort to get back to Hobart just to stay there again. I wish all other Hotels were this ideal regardless of the number of stars..

We were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was amazing and we were upgraded due to an anniversary. The location is great, close to everything. parking convenient. Highly recommend staying here. I know I will again.

A well appointed room close to Salamanca Bay and the wharf. Was a spacious room to base ourselves from while enjoying Hobart.

The meals in the dining area were poor although the staff were friendly and professional.

My husband and I LOVED the service and warmth from all staff!! When issues arose we were dealt with respectfully, us also being respectful, issues were not because certain faults, of anyone. Very accommodating in every way, it is a credit to you all. Mike and Alex :)

Close proximity to places of interest.

Free Wi/fi was only applicable in the lobby which was a drawback. Internet in the rooms should be free.

Room service and staff attitudes.

Mini bar fridge was not re stocked daily.

Parking at the Secure parking station the cost was different every time. Room small NOT a restaurant really only coffee and cafe

Room service meal was excellent, so was ordering coffee in the morning.

Was a little noisy, there was hammering at 3am one morning. Noisy room next to laundry (rm101) - children playing in there. Difficult to park in carpark behind - car park attendants double parked my car in and blocked my exit, had to spend 20 mins getting cars moved (level 8, I parked there on WED night and wanted to remove my car FRI lunch time).

Convenience to downtown and free wifi

The staff were very happy and friendly from the front desk to the bistro.
