Queen bed a little soft for a bad back. (personal choice)

I liked the deal of including breakfast within the total accommodation cost per night.

The restaurant did not open until 7.30am for breakfast which was too late for me to avail of when I had officiating duties for baseball commencing at 8.00am.

Kath was really helpful and friendly. The room was quite comfortable and freshly refurbished. Showers were fine. Breakfast was adequate, self service cereals, toast, crumpets and juice or a cuppa. Easy to find and easy to park. Newer decorations than the pictures show.

It was nothing like the website pictures. Run down. The whole motel grounds were a junkyard mess with broken falling apart furniture laying around. Mould in bathrooms. No kitchen sink. Bath sink was kitchen sink. Fire hazard extension leads trailing all over room. Air-con power point burnt out so extension lead placed to another powerboard which promptly blew the fuses at 9pm at night. Old lolly wrappers rubbish under beds. Floors not cleaned properly. We asked for vacuum to clean carpet after day 3 and they left us to do it instead of doing it for us. Had to ask for clean towels. Front door to room not secure. Breakfast was a poor offering. Laundry facilities poor. Nothing worked. We read on website book 6 nights get 7th free. That's a lie. We were going to book the caravan park and should have as it was much better facility with everything working and cheaper.

After a long day's drive,it was great to check into a spotless, quiet room. The bed was comfortable and the self-serve continental breakfast just right.

The pillows were a little thin!

The Staff are friendly and very effeciant

It was mostly clean, and the shower had good water pressure and temperature. The doors had secure locks.

The receptionist who was working when I checked in was less than cordial. Breakfast was advertised as included in the price, but I never received it. No soap was provided. No cutlery or plates/bowls were provided. The fridge didn't work properly. The remote for the dvd player was broken.There weren't enough blankets for the bed. The smoke alarm kept beeping throughout the night.

Beds were comfortable, shower was great. Good outside areas to sit in near your room

Doors to room jammed so felt unsafe if needed to get out in a hurry Breakfast was very basic and toaster took forever to toast bread. We had room service for dinner and I ordered Sausage and mash. I got 4 dried up sausages, chips, salad and gravy. Was not impressed as Gravy on salad not only looked disgusting but was not what I asked for. Dinner Prices were extreme too considering the low quality

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, staff very friendly.

The curtains don't close fully & if you are on the highway side the street light seems very strong in the dark.

The place is comfortable but rather jaded & faded & in need of an update. The breakfast had only instant coffee, the cornflakes & Rice Bubbles containers were almost completely empty despite being the first guests there & we didn't see any staff to ask for more.

Quiet room away from the highway

Comfortable and Spacious Room with small couch and table & chairs. Friendly staff. Good basic breakfast.

Description a bit deceptive. &Quot;In 3 acres of parklike grounds". Actually its right on a busy highway; the grounds are to the rear. Found someones breakfast dishes outside our door but staff were quick to clearup and were apologetic.

Value for money

Lovely grounds with several individual picnic/sitting areas overlooking river. Clean units. Good price. Basic but entirely adequate breakfast included. Pool included. Friendly, helpful cleaner and kitchen staff.

One of the office staff didn't know how to smile. Needs more maintenance in several areas, eg smoke alarm battery went flat and despite request was still not replaced when we left 24 hours later, lights missing in rooms, garden furniture deteriorating.

We were tariff driven.As only an overnight stay with breakfast it was suitable.Not suitable for lengthy stay.

Motel looks shabby and grounds with the location on the river could be much better maintained.Staff(think manager) did not like us reporting bathroom faults.Would not stopover again.

The lady at reception was not welcoming and complained about people not paying and her having to go to court to recover the money. This was because I asked her to check if my payment had gone through as I wasn't sure. She said that it was lucky she checked as it had not. She did not smile and Made me feel like it was to hard.

I didnt like the fact that I booked it for $79 and got charged $85 without a reason given
