very friendly nice place to stay

Friendly & Helpful staff

Clunky lift

Location, car-parking, quietness. Friendly and helpful staff.

Problems with Wi-Fi that was only available in the lobby. Cafe and Bar were not in service.

The size of the room was great. Windows opened and we had a balcony. We appreciated being able to leave suitcases for a late flight and the desk attendant called us a taxi to go to tbe airport with no fuss. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

The pillows were not very comfortable thats about all.

Location was good and cheap drinks

Said they had Foxtel! No Said modern! No it was rundown! Plus very noisy at night due to nightclub life walking pass and it has poor windows so very unavoidable!

Room was quite large.

A bit run down, and out of the way. Took a bit to walk to anything interesting.

Good location, close to city attractions and transportation system.

Room is small and humid. Internet broke down frequently and could not be fixed. Very poor sound insulation, you can even hear talking in the next room.

Everything. Great value for money. Staff polite, friendly, nothing too much trouble. Been fortunate to have same room each time, just love it. Privacy when needed, room made up when necessary. Short walk to mall, market and CBD attractions.

The location of the motel in Adelaide was suitable to me, it was quiet but I stayed mid week,..I found the room easy to work in, as I was there for work, air conditioning could have been better had trouble trying to get the room cool..

Not having Wi fi in the room, had to go to the foyer with the lap top to work.. a little hard.

Close to city.

Some staff wasn't so friendly. And when we booked out they said we had a bill for room service, we didn't do room service.

I stayed in the spa room and it faced Nth Terrace it was so noisy I had difficulty sleeping. I have stayed in cheaper faimly rooms away from the road and it was much better

Facilities and Room not up-to-date

the reception was welcoming and helpful. I was able to change my room from one looking into a lightwell to an outside room. the breakfasts were good start to a busy day. the garlic prawn entree was divine. the view from the street-level dining room is great if you like to look at the new hospital under construction - which I do. tram stops are nearby. Staff help with finding location of streets.

I liked nothing about the hotel. I have been to over 25 countries in the past 14 years for business, and had only arrived back from Vietnam on the 10th of October.Two days before I came to stay at your hotel.Old run down over priced, I had a guest from France with us and they could not be leave the poor quality of the hotel and the price we paid for such sub standard accommodation.

There was nothing I liked about the Hotel and would never stay there again. The most over priced dump I have ever stayed in.

Clean room, good size.

Very basic furnishings made the room feel quite clinical, not a very homely atmosphere.
