The very steep car park

Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and had heaps of extras for the price. Lots of bikkies to go with ample tea and coffee. Shampoo, hand soap, body lotion. I would definitely stay here again. Great views over the Tamar and city lights.

Just the walk to reception. It is far to steep not to be dangerous. Sort that out and there is nothing bad about this motel.

Very friendly and obliging reception staff. Room very well presented. Good location walking distance to eateries.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and took time to ensure we had all that we needed. They also gave us directions of where to find places and information about restaurants that were open on the public holiday. The room and ensuite were spotless. It was bright and had a good view. The bed was very comfortable. The airconditioner was wonderful on the hot day. Everything worked and was geared for comfort and function (unlike one upmarket resort we stayed at where style overtook practicality). We felt very much at home and were sorry our stay was only for one night. We would certainly stay there again on our next trip to Launceston.

At first sight the car park looked steep, but we took it slowly and had no problem with it.

We enjoyed how central it was to everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean. Hosts were friendly. Plenty of parking available. Always had fresh towels:)

All though we were happy with the room. Having a microwave to heat up food would have been nice but in saying that..we still loved it regardless...can't complain really for that price!.

Since my wife was unwell, we really appreciated the extra care and helpfulness.

Our flight was changed and the staff where so very accommodating at 9am allowing us into our room!

The location was great, the room was clean and large. Restaurant was okay. Good price for room.

Windows were leaking and thin glass. Air was comig through unsealed windows around frame.

Large room. Breakfast good for price. Friendly hosts who will book trips and airport pickups for you.

No pop machine or ice and nothing nearby if you don't have a car.

Toilet was difficult to access because it was so small. Clean but very much in need of a redurbishment

We immediatley felt comfortable as we walked through the door. The room looked & felt clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were more than willing to help with anything they could. Clean linen was bought daily & stocks refilled without having to ask. I would definately stay there again and recomend it to others.

The only thing that would be concerning for older people is that the car park is quite steep.

The room was fine and kids liked having Austar. Staff very friendly.

Bathroom was very old. The room was not serviced. We left for the day at 11am so time to be made up

the pictures from the website correspond to the outside of a nice building, the effective room was on the other side of the parking lot in a much less pictoresque building, motel style.
