Clean and comfortable, staff very friendly.

The room was very nice and the beds very comfy.

Lovely room and staff. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast highly recommended for quality and value for money.

I left my toiletries behind and was contacted promptly by office staff whilst I was still in the area and I appreciated that. They also had their reception open until 10.30pm which was handy because I wasn't arriving until after 9.

I would have appreciated a bath in such a huge bathroom. Bed was also very high and I asked for an early morning call which I didn't receive.

Loved the location across the road from the beautiful Lake Weerona. It was quiet and clean and well appointed. The sliding doors onto the courtyard and pool area was really charming. Would love to visit again. The staff at reception were most helpful and the cost was good value.

Decor could use updating but I wouldn't rate that as a serious problem

Comfortable, spacious, clean and fairly quiet (apart from a nearby train).

Overall - good. Would rate it 3-star, as it lacked the little personal touches (eg no moisturizer). No electric blanket on single bed. DVD didn't work.

I was impressed by the genuine friendliness of the staff at all levels. Room appointments were excellent and I was suprised by the low level of any noise.

Access from the wrong side of a busy road was a slight problem but not enough to deter me from future bookings.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Just off the road across from the beautiful lake, very quiet but still so close to the city center. Great place to stay. Will be seeing us again. :)

Our room was huge and very very quiet. Could hardly hear anyone :) The staff were wonderful..even had heater on for us... it was a freezing cold night. Would definitely stay again :)

The staff at desk were lovely! So nice and friendly.

Very disappointed that the following morning when we were sleeping, at 8.45am the whippa snippa started up outside our back door. Extremely loud and woke us up, not letting us get back to sleep. I think it is too early to start that especially when check out is at 10am

The staff at the Julie Anna were very welcoming and it was a very warm and pleasurable place to stay. The sevice we recieved was excellent....

Julie Anns was so clean & comfortable and within walking distance of the party venue we went to also the lake was an attraction and alovely place to walk

Very friendly, great Restaurant

The only thing I had my 86 year old mother with me and she was too scared to have a shower as there was no railing and she was scared of falling over. Probably my fault as I did not even ask at the time of booking if they had facilties for older people.

I found the staff very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities for a short stay. The location was excellent being across the road from the lake and very close to the centre of Bendigo.

we enjoyed our stay.. it was pleasant & quiet.. staff we friendly & helpful... rooms were clean & comfortable...had an outdoor area to a open lawn & sitting area.....very , very nice to sit out and enjoy the sun...hotel opposite the lake & parklands & a few minutes to the city centre........

that they advisetise their rooms as renovated & modern.... the room we had was a bit dated with old style furnishings (no real problem though)

We were made to feel very welcome by all staff. Meals at the restaurant were extremely good. Situation opposite the lake very pleasant.

It had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were all great. We had a terrific meal in the restaurant and room service was timely and delicious. Great views and nice quiet hotel with all amenities. We would definitely stay there again.
