Great resturant!! The food and staff were fantastic!! Also the reception staff were very friendly and helpfull! Room was lovely and clean and warm!! Look foward to staying there again as only 5 mins to the airport!!

I thought the room was spacious and very clean and tidy. It lacked tea spoons, and unfortunately the road noise kept me awake during the night.

Comfort Inn Northgate had Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were well set out and lovely and spacious. Restaurant service to our rooms was really good and so handy with young children. Very reasonable prices and tasty.

Clean and close to airport. We booked this Motel because it advertised free airport shuttle and on arrival staff tried to talk us into booking a taxi. If the airport service is unreliable as we were told it should not be advertised or another reliable service contracted. I assume the shuttle would have cost the Motel where a taxi would have been our expense. We chose the shuttle and it got us there no problems although we took it an hour earlier as we were told it was unreliable. Also no clock in the unit was a bit primitive. We paid $24 less a night at the Mecure Sydney with much more luxury. A bit disappointing.

Overall the staff were friendly and welcomingto do to The breakfast session was a little chaotic as there were very few staff around. When I went for breakfast on the 27th 4 other guests were milling around in the reception area unsure of what to do.

Close to airport with free shuttle so catching an early flight easier. Because it has its own restaurant its slightly out of town location was not a problem and taxis were very easy to get. Reasonably priced.

Clean and efficient, all the necessary things you'd want were available. A little difficult to find when arriving at 1am and not being familiar with the area. Needs better signage out front at night time. No password available to use wi-fi internet to download emails if arriving when reception is closed.

Very comfortable room with decent air con. Wi-fi available. Helpful staff willing to resolve any issues immediately. Despite being on a busy main road I did not notice traffic noise. Can understand why some have complained about the location but it is advertised as an airport hotel. Check times of shuttle service carefully with hotel before booking as they only run at certain times of day and a taxi costs at least $25. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Northgate station and it is cheap and easy to get to the city or airport if you are able-bodied and familiarise yourself with railway routes.
