Good price, excellent view on city park, very quite location and friendly staff which prepared room for our visit. We were travelling with small kid and received complimentary milk :)

You have to receive free Wi-Fi credentials every day of stay.

Good place to stay very central nice & quite especially in the middle units 19 etc

Definately needs more tables & cheers in front of units this would make people more friendly towards others no where near enough could cause unpleasantness

Excellent Value for money, nice and clean rooms.. Would recommend for my friends...I didn't find any negatives..Awesome for a weekend stay and easily accessible to all places around the city center.

The location is good, being not far from the centre and right opposite the park. the price is reasonable.

The lady at the counter when we checked in was unfriendly and unhelpful. We were given a room that was not made up (we checked in at 3pm and then were asked to wait 30 minutes for the room to be done, which we refused. At least after our refusal we were given another room without waiting. While asking for info on the city all we got was "I'm from Queensland so can't help you". the quality of the map given was very bad.

It was close to the city centre; parks; the arts school & galleries. It advertised its prices, and catered for three people in a room. Internet access was available in the room.

I would especially like to write about the helpfulness of the staff and also the comfort of our room.

It was quiet, easily accessible, very conveniently located for our needs. Parking was great. Beds were comfy and there was enough pillows and towels for us all. Love the mirrors when three of us were trying to dress for an occasion. Washing machine and dryer were very handy.

Was a little warm for us and we couldn't cool the place down for a comfortable sleep and the hot water would go cold while showering.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable, staff very helpfull, and will be staying at the hotel again.

Rooms need a major revamp paint hanging of walls for 170 dollars not good would not have stayed only accomidation availble on short notice company needs to have a good look at its self very out dated for price
