It is a well priced, convenient, clean and comfortable motel.

I liked the fact that even though they had never heard of my booking a night's accommodation thru this outfit the lady at reception found us a room anyhow.

Mattress need to changed---- it's sunken A lift to be installed+ the door at bottom of the stairs widened. One kettle for each room will be nice Please indicate the streets in front + back are both one-way, the better way is from the back------we have driven three times around it before we got in. Other cities doesn't have so many one-ways as yours, it's very confusing for strangers.

Almost everything ... nothing wrong with the room.

A local hotel/B & b had a disco each night - starting around 11pm and finishing at around 2pm. Commodore Regent were aware of it but as they said nothing they could do - therefore we didn't have a good sleep on either the Friday or Saturday night we stayed there.

It's location in the lovely historic city across the road from the park and nicely presented, comfortable rooms. I also loveled the sound of the bells chiming the hour from somewhere in the city - very cosmopolitan.

There were underwear and jeans found remaining in the closet. No idea how is the room cleaned.

- Good location, close to the central business and shopping area, overlooking parkland - good value for money - free internet - there is only a spare power point in the bothroom. These days, power is required to charged up phones, cameras, and laptops. The bathroom is not really the best location for these activities.

A very lovely place in which to stay, very clean, comfortable and inexpensive. Quiet even though it is close to the city. Would stay again and have recommended this Motel to others.

The hotel is well situated opposite the City Park in Launceston,Tasmania.The central area of the town is an easy walk and Cascade Falls (one of the local attractions ) is also not too far away.. We stayed at one of the property's rear rooms and it was quiet with nice views. However there are no lifts and the external corrodors are quite long. The room was spacious and thought the fittings were a little worn everything was in good working order.The free parking is easy accessible and the desk staff friendly and knowledgeable

A great location, short walk to main buisness and shopping centre of Launceston. Lovely park nearby. Clean and comfortable motel with helpful and friendly staff.

Room price varied from when my friend enquired to when I came to settle my account. Were quoted $87.50 per night and was charged $99 for first night and $95 for second night
