Ottima sistemazione, appartamento nuovo dotato di ogni confort, bella vista sul fiume Swan. Gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria. Nell'appartamento non mancava nulla dagli elettrodomestici al detersivo.

I proprietari sono carinissimi e molto disponibili. La camera era bellissima e molto comoda e tutto molto pulito.

Very quiet and relaxing and no problems at all. Attention to detail excellent and would recommend and stay again.

Just great! Truly friendly, helpful owners, beautiful, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, nice and calm surroundings, still comfortably reachable from the airport. Absolutely recommendable!

Kay was very friendly, and accomodating of our requests. She went 'above & beyond' to ensure our stay was perfect.

Very close to Curtin University where I had to go. All the comforts of a 5 star hotel but laid back and personal. Very quiet and peaceful. It was a home away from home for me. I hope to stay here again. Thank you Kay and Andre.

Loved the layout of the house. Large bedroom with access to courtyard. Tasteful decor.

Relaxed atmosphere. Great service. Comfortable rooms.

Arriving in the middle of the night everything was well organized - room ac was on so right temperature to get some sleep. Room was very clean had all comfort and nice garden terrace. Reserved parking space for the car and walking distance from river side walks for nice walk or jogging.

No (good) restaurant facilities on walking distance.

It was more like a boutique hotel than a B&B. Fit out was excellent with large modern rooms and a lovely courtyard. Very quiet and excellent value for money

No eating places nearby which was a problem as a lone woman, very tired after a long business day I wasn't comfortable walking at night in a strange neighbourhood and there wasn't much info about where I might get a taxi to. Perhaps a cold plate snack option could be added to the offering.

It was clean and comfortable, pure luxury. Good off-street parking. Handy commute to city and airport.

No bottle opener in the room.

Excellent facilities attention to detail first class, will return.

Kay and Andre go out their way to make Como Waters B&B a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Although not in central Perth it is very convenient for Perth's excellent public transport, which makes a trip to the city centre or to Fremantle very easy.

A very quiet environment located in a residential area. Homey and relaxing atmosphere, and friendly owners. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We are very satisfied.

Nothing in particular. If you try to access by train or bus, the house might be a bit difficult to find. Better to contact and ask the owner in advance.

Helpful and friendly host and a quiet location. Spotlessly clean and overall a great place to stay. It is definately on my "stay again" list .
