Very close to the beach. Lots of small restaurants close by that are in walking distance. Lots of stairs from car park to third floor - no elevator.

The unit was clean and fresh. Too many stairs for elderly people but I'm sure young people would not mind.Unit too noisy in the early evenings with sounds behind walls which sounded like banging due to air in water pipes.Maybe exhaust noise from restuarant below. Matress on bed much too hard for comfort .

Ideally located near main street cafes, restaurants, sporting clubs & shops. Everything is within walking distance. No disabled access, no lift or escalator. Everything is stairs, lots of stairs!!

It was close to everything. Clean rooms No lift. Nothing overall wrong with the resort, but we found Coolum is too noisy for us because of the amount of traffic that flows through the town. Beautiful spot just a pitty about the traffic.

I liked the proximity to the Coolum Beach and the shops and coffee shops and restuarants of Coolum. The car parking was also good and very secure. I think we got the last available apartment which was the back room with very little attributes. No outlook on the front or back balcony, the front balcony had standing room for a maximum of three people but you could not fit a chair on it to sit down. The back balcony was dirty and overlooked the back street. The bedroom and lounge were fine, but the tv was average (ie Foxtel not functioning) Kitchen was ok. The rooms are not serviced in any way so you need to take everything you need or buy locally. Very noisey due to two downstairs restaurants which seem to function until the early hours every night.

The stay was great, much better than the other hotel we stayed at last time. The only issue for me was the location of the room. As it was more or less next to the restaurant next door. As I had a child was hard getting for him to get to sleep due to the noise.

Coolum Beach Resort catered for all our needs. Extremely relaxing. Super friendly resident managers. Close to the Beach, cafes, restaurants etc. Ideal for botha quiet break or group of friends. Great value for money. No shuttle service to Noosa where there are more bars & clubs for socialising.
