The view from our apartment was breathtaking! It was a quiet location but with quick and easy access to Airlie Beach and Shute harbour.

It's very important to have good access to Wi-Fi while on holiday, especially if you're on the other side of the world! The wording about Wi-Fi use in the apartment booklet made us feel we should not use it too much, in particular skype, although this was the cheapest way to keep in contact with home (in my case my 86 year old mum)

The position over looking Schute Harbour with constant movement of small to large shipping and great views of islands and the National Park where there is excellent hiking. Easy walk to Schute Harbour a starting point for many water activities including Witsunday island boat tours, boat hire etc.

General outside paint work and some wood work needed repair.

Location is beautiful, rooms mostly clean and comfortable, if not a little tired. Well equipped with lots of pans, cooking equipment, etc. Nice and quiet, with good access to Shute harbour for ferries.

A few things in room were a little dirty on arrival, such as toaster full of burnt crumbs, some plates and cutlery had not been washed too well. No restaurant and very limited groceries nearby, would advise stocking up in Airlee Beach before arrival as it is quite a trip back just for groceries.

The owner is very helpful, he picked us up after we got Shute harbour and had no idea where to go. The view is fantastic. The patio is comfortable.

It's a little far from the town. Need to have a car during stay.

Me and my friend wanted a quiet location for some R and R and Coral Point Lodge certainly delivered. The hotel is in an utterly beautiful location in Shute harbour the rooms were spacious and clean with the most amazing views of the harbour. The owner and his family are extremely helpful, warm and kind and made us very welcome. The hotel is around a 20 minute walk to the harbour which has excellent facilities for getting to Airlie beach and to the most amazing day trips to other spectacular beaches such as long island and beautiful Whitehaven. This hotel was extremely good value for money and we would definately stay again if we were lucky enough to return to the beautiful Whitsundays.

It is difficult to get food as the cafe is closed at the hotel however the family were very helpful in getting us a takeaway.

Absolutely top spot! The service was really friendly, the view from the balcony was amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay! Having the kitchen facilities in our room was also really handy so we could make our own meals. The daily room servicing was also great.

    Having to go home!

The peace and quiet and the view from the balcony.

Absence of local transport and social facilities in the evening.

Amazing view from the balcony, quiet location and well appointed rooms. Also very near to the national park entrance to coral beach- not to be missed, the beach is like something out of a movie!
