Room was small and very pricey

Access to beach...just across the road. The restaurant at the back if the hotel was superb. The meal was served nicely and the waiters were attentive and polite. Our friends, two couples, booked two rooms at the front, and we had one on the side. We got a better night's sleep, because there was less noise on the side-street! The view from our balcony was good with some seaside and some of the restaurant across the road - great for watching the comings and goings. I'd recommend the side room for a quieter night's sleep! The room itself was very clean, crisp and nicely presented.

The bed and the pillow were a hard as rock. Tdo the hat kept us both awake. The shower was so tiny I kept bumping the water taps. The lobby is under lit. It needs a total revamp to do the hotel any credit. There needs to be a sign to indicate the lobby desk as it is hidden in the back of the main entry. The stairwell and the carpet tiles look badly worn, grotty, tired and very dark and make the hotel feel shabby. The lobby, stairs and hall needs to be done up to look light, bright and trendy.

The room was really clean and the staff were friendly. Appreciated being allowed to check in early so we could get ready for wedding at no extra cost.

The room was a bit small. The joining door is thin and you can here other people.

Fantastic location

Room too small. No staff on site for reception and after hours arrangments for the key did not work. Had to call staff in from off site to fix. No free water in fridge, ony expensive minibar mineral water.

Clean, modern room Proximity to beach.

No designated parking ($100 fine), loud noise until 1am from drunk people waiting for taxi until 1am. ATMs out of order, no charge back from bar.

We loved the decor. Had a meal at The Bistro and it was delicious. Except there was no sweet wine choice so we made a sangria out of the house wine and that was delightful.All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will be back

Good beach location.

Our group had a seaview room, at night it was noisy due to music from close by venues. Also on Saturday night neighbours in adjacent room were on the balcony being very noisy. Also at night there was an odd air condition like noise disturbing our sleep. Because of this I'm afraid we wouldn't book again.

Great location on Cottesloe Beach!

Reception is not open 24/7. Remember to contact them if you arrive late so you get the code for your key. I had received a code, but it did not work, so I still needed to call the night manager to get in...

Small room - expensive for what it was. Paid extra for sea-view room, room on side of hotel with restricted view only available from balcony. No parking available. Overnight on-road parking only available some distance away. Safe not working, request to fix ignored. Room noisy until bar closed and music stopped at midnight.

Room and bed were too small, We booked an OCEAN VIEW ROOM, unfortunately we just overlookeda Cafe and a block of flats !

Pretty noisy sessions in pub at times - ESP on balcony. However the Room was reasonably well soundproofed when sliding door was shut, only minor duff-duff bass noise.

Loved the location. It couldn't have been better right on the beach front with great cafes, bars and shops within easy walking distance.

Our room was right above the bar and there was no soundproofing whatsoever which meant the music was too loud - we had trouble sleeping at night. This was a deal breaker for us and if we hadn't paid for the room in advance we would not have stayed more than one night.

Great location, lots of good beaches around, amazing bars in the hotel.

Over-priced and misleading. No hotel services and poor customer service. Sea-view rooms are not sea-view, they are at best sea glimpses and they are tiny rooms. No room service and check out times are too early. Can be noisy as you are just above the bar.

The friendly staff and the location

The noise coming from the bar on the ground floor and the noise made by the invitees of the wedding that took place until 5 A.M...it is unbelievable that this kind of things are happening in Australia
