easy, convenient, low key, everything we needed I travelled up with my father (85yrs). For this reason, the car space was important near the room. It was not convenient for us due to his agility level that we didnt have a nominated car space outside the room. I didnt know this when booking. Additionally, the car spaces are not wide. The 2 spaces vacant Sat night on the whole side where Room 215 is were not occupiable - couldn't open the car doors if parked there -.

The breakfast supplied with the room was excellent. It was close to town and staff were very polite & helpful. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk supplied, as well as clean linen each day. Cleaning, especially in the bathroom was lax. A fair bit of upkeep needed - all taps dripped, bed had little give in it and pillows were awful. Tv old.

The staff that we saw were pleasant and the gardens were lovely. The motel was very down at heel. The room was dirty and we had to pick up rubbish from the floor on arrival. The milk was not replaced and the cups were dirty. The water from the taps was brown. The beds were not made properly each day and the linen not changed. The bathroom was not cleaned each day. Although we did not pay top dollar, the tariff was not what I would call cheap - the room certainly was. I will not stay again and will recommend my work colleagues don't either.

When we arrived before the check in time, we were allowed to go to our room, after staff made sure that the room was ready.

Location near the beach and the town center. Mold on the ceiling. Antiquated television , not working. Dated furnishings and finish Tiny balcony. Fridge won;t freeze on max. Price really high. $195? Crazy. I blame Booking.com for the price being way out of line, and the motel for the facility problems.

Breakfast was excellent. Saff very friendly. The room was very clean. I would have liked a Downstairs room, but as we booked only the morning we arrived, I was grateful for a room.

Great location. The breakfast was excellent. However the rooms were pretty dated and smelled strange when we walked in. We paid the same price for a much better standard of room in Sydney the night before. So, while we did get a great price, our expectations for the room were not met. Luckily Terrigal is a great place to visit, so we didn't need to hang out in the room too long! Please see above.
