We thought the room was very small.

Comfortable, clean, friendly and efficient staff. Not cramped space wise.

The motel needs grab rails in the shower. Also, the TV needs to be replaced by another brand.

the room was nice when u first open the door it was loverly,quite, a decent sized shower,no highway noise.

dirty glasses for drinking looked like never washed,only enough milk for one coffee each when i enqired at desk as they had a bar fridge avail i was told to go next door to garage, and buy some, the table was unstable i put a coffee on it and nearly spilt it on laptop

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The small queen room was very small, a few minor repairs needed.

Everything needed for an overnight stay was in the room. The owners were Friendly and made us feel that our custom was important to them. I left something behind when we left the next day. The owners phoned our home and asked how we wanted our "forgotten" item sent to us... I phoned and they said they would post ... greatly appreciated....

Close to Highfields Tavern, where we had our reunion.

Catering was not available when we stayed there, but this was only a short term inconvenience.

All new and nicely decorated

There were a few design issues. With four people in the family room, there was not a lot of space when preparing breakfast and others cleaning teeth. That is, the space where both bathroom and kitchen facilities are a bit cramped. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.

Pillow were useless. Too soft. No blanket only a quilt. Air con came off and on with a noise.

maybe carpets had just been cleaned but room smelt damp. Didn't inform manager though, we just opened the windows.

The staff were friendly

The room was very small in comparision to other motels I've stayed in for the same price. For the star rating, I would have liked to see some in-room food/beverage items eg: soft drink, nuts, chips etc

The biscuits/coffee in the room was 3 months out of date and the bed was so uncomfortable that none of us got any sleep at all, and for the extremmely high price of the Room it was extremely disappointing. We changed hotels for the second night !
