Its homeliness. Squarer shape is much nicer than many motels which are long and narrow. Lighting was also good. It was also very very quiet which I loved.

the woman on the desk was so so helpful and friendly. the mattresses were comfortable and a general "good feeling" was found once the door opened...definately a case of "not judging the book by the cover" would recommend it totally. no traffic noise tho close to a main road.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help Room was clean, comfortable had a tv, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and microwave. The inn was a five minute walk from restaurants. There were many interesting things to do in Shepparton and surrounding areas

Very clean and the staff were lovely - we were even given some Easter eggs when we checked out on Easter Sunday! We stayed the night for a wedding and it was exactly what we needed - clean, compact with a great location. There was no problem when we wanted to arrive early to have showers and get ready before the wedding, or check out late so we could sleep in after a big night! Highly recommend! Everything was great

We were in Shepparton for a Wedding and we were so impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable bed, caring attitude of Anna, she was a treasure. It was very quiet and close to the venue we were attending. I really couldn't fault anything

We found the room clean and fresh smelling,linen, towels clean. The breakfast was very nicely cooked and delivered to the room on time. The cupboards are not tall person friendly, they are far too low.

We were suitably impressed...the room was very comfortable,staff friendly & very convienient to the city centre...we would be advising our friends to stay there & would most definately have a return stay if in the area again....congratulations on a nice friendly establishment.
